Summary
Changes in the twenty-first century are faster, suddenly appear, not always desirable for the smooth functioning of the company. This is the domain of globalization, in which new events - opportunities or threats, forcing the company all the time to act. More and more things depend on the intangible assets of the undertaking, its strategic potential. Certain types of work require more knowledge, experience and independent thinking, and custom than others. Therefore in this article the author has taken up the subject of knowledge workers in contemporary organizations. The aim of the study is to attempt to create assumptions about the knowledge management model in these organizations, based on literature analysis and empirical research. In this regard, the author describes the contemporary conditions of employee management and the skills and competences of knowledge workers. In addition, he conducted research (2016) in 100 medium enterprises in the province of Pomerania, using a tool in the form of a questionnaire and an interview. Already at the beginning of the analysis of the data collected, it turned out that for all employers it should be important to discern differences in the creation of a new category of managers who have knowledge useful for the functioning of the company. Moreover, with the experience gained in a similar research process previously carried out in companies from the Baltic Sea Region, the author knew about the positive influence of these people on creating new solutions or improving the quality of already existing products or services.
The purpose of this article is to define the role of intellectual capital in companies with TSL branch in building a competitive advantage in a changing economy. In addition, the author made an attempt to assess the facts of intellectual capital management in Polish enterprises and identify conditions that accompany this process. Founded research objectives will be achieved on the basis of an analysis of theoretical materials and conducted by the author, in 2017 (100 companies from the BSR from the TSL sector), empirical research. Their main objectives were: to determine the degree of the concept of human capital management in the surveyed entities, identify the main determinants of and barriers to the development of this concept, to determine the effect of application of this concept in practice while building a competitive advantage. The study was designed as a standard general questionnaire describing the audited entity, as well as individual interviews with business owners (100 persons) and managers at various levels (300 persons). Made analysis showed the role of intellectual capital in building a competitive advantage in the surveyed enterprises - mainly in areas related to raising and maintaining the quality of services and the optimization of the employed staff.

For countries of contemporary world which are functional in the global economy, more and more a vision of carrying existing economic assumptions on based on assumptions associated with current functioning is becoming fleeting. Accessing the sustainable development to the route by creating more flexible organizational structures to market hesitations, in the support can turn out to be getting out of such an impasse for many enterprises about high special human capital. Enterprises should aspire to the economy based on the knowledge. Hierarchical organizations about the slender structure are being replaced by sentence structures based on teams of project. This phenomenon is increasing meaning of the specific group of employees which are becoming knowledge workers and in building the competitive position enterprises are acting the greater role. He appears needs for the change of behaviours of employers in the attitude to employees, since depends on them more and more - their knowledge is valuable capital for the company. We must create such conditions for them can share the knowledge for them and all the time form it for the good of the company.
StreszczenieW artykule podjęto próbę analizy wpływu rozwoju inwestycji drogowych na liczbę wypadków z udziałem dziko żyjących zwierząt na przykładzie dróg przebiegających przez gminy: Kórnik i Mosina. Dane pozyskano z Komendy Głównej Policji, następnie zostały one zwektoryzowane przy pomocy programu QGIS. Utworzone warstwy tematyczne zostały sklasyfikowane i służyły do szeregu dalszych analiz porównawczych. Na podstawie badań określono, że głównym czynnikiem wpływającym na liczbę zdarzeń ze zwierzyną leśną jest natężenie ruchu kołowego, a także fragmentaryzacja krajobrazu. Rozwijająca się infrastruktura drogowa o wysokich klasach szlaków komunikacyjnych (drogi ekspresowe i autostrady) powinna stanowić naturalną barierę dla zwierząt, a zdarzenia na tego typu
