White Adipose Tissue (WAT) is typically regarded as a passive storage deposit of excess fat. However, recent research suggests that WAT behaves like an organ system that interacts with the autonomous nervous, endocrinological and immunological systems. Therefore, it is possible that WAT acts as a regulatory organ that keeps the body in homeostasis. This cross-sectional study uses physiological data from 30 patients at the Pinewood Natural Health Centre in Toronto, Canada to derive a description of the role of WAT in the mediation of homeostasis. Statistical methods derive a formula describing the dynamic congruence that contributes to a systems medicine (SM) understanding of the organism. Multiple variables including body parameters, composition, and metabolism, heart rate variability and the immune, autonomous, neural, and endocrinologicial systems were measured and correlated using multiple regression analysis. The null hypothesis was that no variables would correlate; the alternative hypothesis was that at least two variables that would correlate with each other to demonstrate congruence and order. This analysis found strong correlations with parameters of the immune system and metabolism and few correlations with the autonomous nervous system. This suggests that despite the body’s complexity, not all systems may contribute equally strongly to overall homeostasis
There has been long established that biophysical & biochemical reactions in the cellular communication of neuronal messaging. Specific Quantum Photonics Energy have been shown to stimulates these Biophysical/Biochemical Reactions. Systems Biology model representing regulation.Biophotonics therapy uses the harnessing and application of light for immune stimulation and antibacterial and antiviral properties.Biophysical Neural Networks examines the interface between systems theory and experiment at a multi‐hierarchical level of neural organization. The Immune stimulation matrix may be understood as a interplay of the milieu of the biochemical and physical parameters that ultimately move the organism to health and homeostasis, or to disease. The GP Einstein model of Coherence – Congruence can be used to understand the parameters and relations that have been obtained from previous independent experiments using specific quantum photonic energy conducted at Einstein Medical Institute. The experiments have included published applications of treatment of HIV/HVC therapy. This stability model can them be used to predict immunological phenomenon as a summation towards regulation or not and can further the impetus to design corresponding experiments.Support or Funding InformationSupported by Institutional Resources of USAT, UHH, and EMIThis abstract is from the Experimental Biology 2019 Meeting. Evidence in the last few decades have supported claim that meditation can reduce stress and promote health; the effects of which are on physical and mental health, and cognitive performance. There is more evidence about the specific parts of the brain involved in producing these positive influences. The neuronal pathways are not fully understood; the model of chronic pain however may provide better evidence also indicating that mindfulness meditation has both immediate and long‐term effects on cortical structures and activity involved in attention, emotional responding and pain. This is an important topic as chronic pain is so pervasive, and the available treatments do not provide adequate relief for most patients. Neuro‐endocrine influences such as in cortisol homeostasis is important for cognitive and affective functions that depend on cortisol‐sensitive brain regions including the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex. A review of these relationships is evidence of the systems‐based nature of the organism and the integrated nature of the biology involved. The Orien L. Tulp/G.P. Einstein/Michael S. Rahman model of Neuro‐Physio‐Quanta, Coherence‐Congruence, is a dynamic model and framework used to understand the mathematical and quanta relationships within the biochemical and biophysical aspects of the human organism it allows the understanding and prediction of non‐invasive neuromodulatory therapeutics like meditation. This study will also explore case studies in literature and clinical practice in support of the G. Dynamic Congruence and Coherence is a dynamic model and framework used to understand the mathematical and quanta relationships within the biochemical and biophysical aspects of the human organism. It is an integrated or holistic model that may be utilize to explore the etiology and the observed signs and symptoms of the diseased and healthy states (stable and unstable states) With measured parameters, the model can then be used to predict which of the parameters or symptom or system disruption may have the largest influence on Dynamic Congruence and thus explore significant avenues into potential therapeutic targets. The sign and symptoms represent our Quanta or information output. This Energy model also lends to graphical representation of our body as a physiologically dynamic system, as well as an input model for the deliverance of Quanta to that system. In the model, several parameters of various systems, with appropriate correction and correlation factors, summate to provide a description of dynamic congruence. If an organism is in a state of dynamic congruence, we expect that changing one parameter will influence another parameter to change in the opposite direction, so that the equilibrium is restored. Mathematically, this means that the system will revert back to the original number, also it would suggest that the organism is a congruent system that moves away from chaos and disorder. As the spring‐like structures in figure 1 and the qualifier ‘dynamic’ suggest, it may take the system a while before it ‘swings back’ into the original state, thus representing a truly holistic model.Support or Funding InformationSupport from Institutional Resources of USAT, EMI, and UHHThis abstract is from the Experimental Biology 2019 Meeting. Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disease, afflicting some 27 million people in the United States alone. Over the past several decades, progress in the measurement of rates and interactions of molecular and cellular processes has initiated our understanding of dynamics phenomena of cells, Living cells are inherently dynamic. The vast qualitative information in the treatment of osteoarthritis is by allopathic medicine that can be upgraded by the individual algorithm of Sigma Quanta Energy in Psycho‐Neuro‐Physio Dynamics TherapyMethods and ResearchGenerally, the phrase dynamics phenomena refers also to Psycho‐Neuro‐Physiotherapies. The research on human subjects prepared algorithm therapy and life style. Algorithm of psychotherapy‐ by daily 15 min meditation, 30 minutes of Acu‐yoga exercises and 15 minutes meditation after. The effect of psychological intervention was also on regression ofAlgorithm of neuro therapy that emphasized nutrients for brain to support the threshold of the magnitude of stress intensity of an individual that must be exceeded for a certain reaction in meditation and Acu‐yoga exercise, phenomenon, result, condition to be manifested. Algorithm Physio‐Dynamics was design for application to microbial infection that gave a systematic delivery of complement inhibitors.ResultsThe aim of this research was determining the effect of Integrated of Sigma Quanta Energy in Psycho‐Neuro‐Physio Dynamics Therapy for Symptoms & Cause of Osteoarthritis. The application of the Triple Algorithm Dynamic therapy has been demonstrated to diminish or eliminate the osteoarthritic pain. There is a need to take daily a holistic approach and consider the impact of combinations of stress reduction, meditation exercise and dietary patterns, with a likely greater overall benefit than each single component might have on its own.Support or Funding InformationSupported by Institutional Resources of USAT, UHH, and EMIThis abstract is from the Experimental Biology 2019 Meeting.
