ABSTRAKISPA (Infeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut) merupakan penyakit yang menyerang sistem pernafasan dan dapat ditemui pada balita, hal ini disebabkan karena perilaku keluarga yang masih kurang baik, salah satunya adalah kebiasaan merokok di dalam rumah, paparan asap rokok dapat menyebabkan balita terganggu pada pernapasan. Data dari Puskesmas Purbaratu kejadian ISPA terdapat 1.905 kasus baru, Kelurahan Sukajaya merupakan salah satu kelurahan di Kecamatan Purbaratu yang mempunyai kasus tertinggi kejadian ISPA pada balita sebanyak 423 orang. Hasil Studi pendahuluan dilakukan observasi pada 15 rumah balita yang terkena penyakit maupun yang mempunyai riwayat penyakit ISPA, 4 rumah dengan ventilasi yang kurang baik, 3 rumah dengan penghuni yang padat, 4 rumah dengan kurangnya cahaya yang masuk, dan 4 rumah dengan prilaku keluarga merokok, dan sebagian besar kepala keluarga merokok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan merokok dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita. Rencana pentilian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasional yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan satu variabel dengan variabel lain. Menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional ,pengambilan sampel menggunakan Porvosive sampling sebanyak 49 orang Balita yang mengalami ISPA. Alat pengumpulkan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner untuk mengetahui kebiasaan merokok, lembar observasi digunakan untuk melihat kejadian ISPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar keluarga merokok sebanyak 37 orang (75,5%), sebagian besar kejadian ISPA balita pada kategori sedang sebanyak 25 orang (51,0%) dan keluarga yang merokok sebanyak 22 orang (59,5%) pada balita kategori sedang. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p sebesar 0,02, jika dibandingkan dengan nilai a (0,05) maka nilai p lebih kecil daripada nilai a (0,02 < 0,05), maka H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan kebiasaan merokok dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di Kelurahan Sukajaya Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya.Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan merokok, kejadian ISPA pada balita
ABSTRAK Laporan peningkatan kasus Gangguan Ginjal Akut Progresif Atipikal/Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) yang tajam pada anak, terutama balita telah diterima Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) dan Ikatan Dokter Anak Indonesia (IDAI) sejak akhir Agustus 2022. Hasil uji cemaran EG tersebut belum dapat mendukung kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan sirup obat tersebut memiliki keterkaitan dengan kejadian AKI karena selain penggunaan obat, masih ada beberapa faktor risiko penyebab lainnya seperti infeksi virus atau bakteri. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan kepada kalangan masyarakat mitra mengenai terapi non-farmakologi saat anak demam, batuk dan pilek. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yaitu dengan melakukan penyuluhan kesehatan secara langsung kepada masyarakat. Target sasaran untuk kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu kepada masyarakat terutama orang tua yang mempunyai anak di wilayah kerja puskesmas cibolerang kota bandung. The results of the EG contamination test have not been able to support the conclusion that the use of drug syrup is related to the incidence of MMR because in addition to the use of drugs, there are still several other causative risk factors such as viral or bacterial infections. The purpose of this community service is to improve knowledge among partner communities regarding non-pharmacological therapies when children have fevers, coughs and colds. The method used to solve the problem is by conducting health counseling directly to the community. The target target for this community service activity is to the community, especially parents who have children in the work area of the Cibolerang Health Center in Bandung City. Abstract-Objective: In women, blood pressure generally increases after menopause. Those who have menopause have a higher risk of hypertension compared to premenopausal. One of the risk factors that can lead to hypertension is diet. Diet in the form of lots of fatty foods, sodium, and cholesterol. Prevention of hypertension can be done by arranging a balanced diet. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of diet with the incidence of Hypertension in Women. Method: This research uses a correlation analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all women with menopause as much as 114 people, with the number of respondents in this study were 114 postmenopausal women using total sampling. Retrieving data using the chi-square formula. Result and discussion: It was found that 60.6% of respondents have no good diet also has hypertension, with 0,559 value ρ (> 0.05), the Ha rejected the conclusion shows no relationship between diet respondents with hypertension in menopausal women. Advice for respondents for blood pressure checked regularly and adjust your diet appropriately so that the amount of food consumed by the recommended dietary allowance figures
The government through BPJS Health has launched a chronic disease management program (PROLANIS) aimed at patients with hypertension cases to overcome the patient's hypertension condition. Activities in PROLANIS include medical or educational consultation activities, home visits, reminders, club activities, in fact there are still many people especially families who do not know about PROLANIS, so that many community members or families who have hypertension do not routinely control health facilities. The purpose of this activity is to run a chronic disease management program (prolanis) to reduce blood pressure and diabetes mellitus. The method used is lectures, discussions, home visits. Material or types of activities provided include health education about PROLANIS, hypertension and diabetes mellitus, attending elderly gymnastics, health consultations, checking blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and visiting home activities of PROLANIS members. Media used in the form of power points, blood pressure meters, blood sugar check devices, stethoscopes. The results of the assessment of this activity indicate the effectiveness of prolanis activities can affect the state of the patient, both blood pressure or physical activity. This is because there are activities that can improve patient understanding of the importance of managing hypertension and diabetes mellitus. Management of hypertension and diabetes mellitus is obtained through educational activities towards patients and reminders.
