Sarılop (Calimyrna) fig is an important dried variety known in the countriesworldwide where fig cultivation is carried out caprification of this type of fig is required for its effect on yield and quality. For this purpose, fruit and pollen size, shape class, and surface sculpture are determined to identify male genotypes. In this study, these characteristics were examined for 12 genotypes were examined. Kızılay-1 variety was found to have larger fruits (33.5 g) and a larger ostiole diameter (6.0 mm) than other genotypes. SEM images of pollen grains of all samples were characterized by a suboblate shape except for Mıstık and Mor Demirtaş. In contrast, the Mor Demirtaş variety was longest in terms of pollen length (11.25 µm) and the Yanako-2 variety had the greatest pollen width (13.34 µm) and pori diameter (2.26 µm). All genotypes examined were determined to be 2-porate. These two components defined 72.502% of the genotypes. Genotypes were divided into groups according to clustering analysis.
Bu çalışmanın amacı Adana ilinin kuzeydoğusunda yer alan Haraptepe (Horzum) cevherleşmesinin jeokimyasal özelliklerini ortaya koymaktır. Doğu Toroslarda yer alan cevher zonu Horzum Pb-Zn yatağının bir koludur. Geyikdağı birliğine ait kayaçların gözlendiği bu alanda temelde Kaotik seri, üzerinde ise tektonik dokanak ile Çaltepe ve Seydişehir formasyonları gözlenir. Cevherleşme Orta Kambriyen yaşlı Çaltepe formasyonuna ait açık renkli kireçtaşları içerisinde bulunur. Cevherleşme K10 O D doğrultulu ve GD'ye eğimlidir. Epijenetik oluşumlu metalce zengin cevher, cep ve mercekler şeklinde olup stratabound karakterdedir. Cevherleşmede birincil sülfürlü mineraller; galenit, sfalerit, pirit ve çok az miktarda kalkopirit şeklindedir. İnceleme alanından derlenen cevherli örneklerin değerli metal, ana ve iz element analizleri sonucunda Zn %50'ye kadar Pb ise %25'e kadar ulaşmaktadır. Yüzeyden alınan örneklerde Zn değeri ortalama %30,5 ve Pb ise %11,4'tür. Cu değeri 1-14 ppm ve Mn 210-642 ppm arasında değişmekte olup Cd miktarı ile Ag miktarı ise ortalama <0,5 ppm'dir. Yapılan yeraltı sondajlarından derlenen örneklerin analiz sonuçları da yüzey örneklerine benzerlik sunar. Cevher mineralojisi ve jeokimyası değerlendirildiğinde Haraptepe cevherleşmesi Horzum Bölgesindeki diğer yataklara benzer bir karakter sergilemekte olup düşük Cu oranı ile de karbonat ornatım yataklarına benzer bir davranış sergiler.
A series of novel N-, S-, and O-substituted p-chloranil derivatives were synthesized from the reactions of p-chloranil (1) and related nucleophiles in sodium carbonate (Na 2 CO 3 ) solution of acetonitrile or in chloroform with Et 3 N. The structures of novel compounds were characterized by using microanalysis, Fourier transform-infrared, 1 H NMR, 13 C NMR, and mass spectrometry.
In this study, 292 female fig genotypes, (including foreign origins) in the fig field gene bank, were evaluated for qualitative characteristics in IPGRI (International Plant Genetic Resources Institute) definitions. These features are tree growth (tree growth power, branching, shoot length, etc.), leaf (leaf area, shape, number of lobes, etc.), fruit (fruit weight, color, ostiole opening, flesh thickness, etc.). Generally, non-metric definitions of these features were classified between certain ranges and expressed as percentage. For example; tree growth of genotypes was observed to be strong in 33% , and, apical dominance was determined in 17% of the genotypes. 60% of the genotypes have a medium (10-20cm) shoot length and, leaf area varies between 250-400cm2 in %53 . The color of the fruits was determined as yellow in 34%, green in 32%, purple in 21% and black in 13% of genotypes. Within the scope of this continuous project, the collection of multiple data continues.
