Data Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana (BKKBN) menunjukkan jumlah PUS tahun 2015 di Kecamatan Pangururan sebanyak 3.650 jiwa, peserta vasektomi 0,71% dan peserta kondom sebanyak 7,45 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan pelayanan KB dengan keikutsertaan pria mengikuti KB di Kecamatan Pangururan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan pengetahuan pria dengan keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB (p-value 0,037) dan sikap pria dengan keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB (p-value 0,007) serta pelayanan KB dengan keikutsertaan menjadi akseptor KB pria (p-value 0,001).
Pendahuluan: Situasi pandemi Covid-19 ini berdampak langsung terhadap psiko-sosial yang ditandai dengan kecemasan, panik, gangguan penyesuaian, depresi, stres kronis dan insomnia. Ketidak jelasan informasi dan ketidakpastian juga menimbulkan kecemasan bagi seluruh kalangan khususnya pada kelompok lansia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Tanjung Sari, Batang Kuis, Sumatera Utara. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kecemasan yang dialami kelompok lansia di masa pandemic covid-19. Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif untuk mengkaji kecemasan kelompok lansia di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tanjung Sari Batang Kecamatan Kuis Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu/bapak berusia 60-74 tahun (kelompok lanjut usia/elderly)sejumlah 41 orang, teknik accidental sampling. Alat dan bahan penelitian digunakan pada saat penelitian kuesioner penelitian. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyebutkan isolasi sosial bagi kelompok lansia dianggap menjadi salah satu pemitu masalah kesehatan mental yang serius karena kerentanan bio-psiko-sosial mereka. Meskipun menjaga jarak merupakan strategi utama untuk memerangi COVID-19, merupakan penyebab utama kesepian, terutama di tempat-tempat seperti panti jompo atau panti jompo yang merupakan faktor risiko depresi, gangguan kecemasan, hingga dan bunuh diri pada kelompok lansia. Mayoritas responden tergolong pada kecemasan umum (48%) dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Tanjung Sari Kecamatan Batang Kuis tahun 2021. Saran: Dari hasil penelitian ini diperlukan suatu penelitian selanjutnya untuk menekan kecemasan kelompok lansia pada masa pandemic Covid-19.
With the many benefits of breastfeeding that all children get exclusive breastfeeding from newborns to 6 months of age. several factors for the failure of exclusive breastfeeding, namely the low knowledge of mothers about exclusive breastfeeding and efforts to increase exclusive breastfeeding. This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive design that aims to explore the level of knowledge of breastfeeding mothers about how to increase milk production. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who came to visit the LMT Siregar Clinic with an accidental sampling technique of 38 people. The results showed that the majority of respondents had less knowledge about how to increase breast milk production (66%). It is necessary to carry out health education or similar assistance to pregnant women in the third trimester, postpartum mothers and breastfeeding mothers in an effort to increase breast milk production so that exclusive breastfeeding coverage is met..
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that infant mortality is caused by nutritional problems. The study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to nutrition service strategies for toddlers. The research informants are the Head of the Puskesmas, the person in charge of the nutrition program, the village midwife, the staff of the public health sector of South Nias Regency. The research was conducted in November 2018-July 2019. Internal factors of the Bawomataluo Health Center in nutritional services for toddlers are the availability of health services, the budget for nutrition services, SOPs for nutrition services, health efforts through the availability of nutrition counseling rooms, lack of human resources, the nutritional status reporting system which is still manual. External factors: work partners, support from the government, community creativity in managing food, low economy, damaged infrastructure, behavior and culture of the community who are less concerned with the nutritional needs of toddlers. Alternative strategies that can be used for nutritional services to children under five at the puskesmas are by utilizing the budget with partners, improving nutrition service facilities, providing additional food, increasing training, providing demonstrations of good food ingredient management, increasing human resources, improving technology-based reporting systems.
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed customary procedures, including causing disruptions in routine immunization programs. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, posyandu services had stopped and finally, during the implementation of immunization service activities, there was a decline. Data from observers of child immunization found that 83.9% of immunization services were disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the results in April 2020. One of factors was the feeling of worry and fear of mothers being infected with Covid-19 in health facilities including posyandu. Education is needed to change behavior of individuals for the better on this matter. This study aims to analyze health education with booklets on maternal anxiety in providing basic immunization in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The design of this study used quasi-experimental, data analysis using the Mc. Nemar. The results, there was an effect of providing health education with booklet media on the anxiety of mothers of babies 0-12 months in giving immunizations in the era of the covid-19 pandemic in the Desa Pekan Tanjung Morawa in 2021 with a p-value 0.015. There was a decrease in the number of respondents with mild anxiety from 65% to 33%, and no more respondents with moderate anxiety levels were found. The number of respondents who were not anxious increased by 39 people. The results of this study need to be carried out holistically related to immunization during the pandemic and others using booklets.
