ÖZETPilonidal sinüs detaylı bir fizik muayene ile ancak saptanabilen, çoğu zaman semptomları silik, basit ve gözden kaçabilen bir enfeksiyon odağıdır. Pilonidal sinüs lokal ve çoğu zaman cilt-cilt altına sınırlı bir enfeksiyon olduğundan dolayı nadiren sistemik semptomlara neden olur. Bu olgu sunumunda acil servise bulantı, kusma, karın ağrısı şikayetleri ile başvuran ve detaylı fizik muayene sonucu enfeksiyon odağı olarak abse formasyonu gelişmiş pilonidal sinüsün saptandığı 34 yaşında bir DKA olgusu sunulacaktır.

ABSTRACTPilonidal sinus is an infectious source that can only be diagnosed by detail physical examination and whose symptoms are mostly obscure, simple and easily overlooked. Pilonidal sinus rarely leads to systemic symptoms because it is a local infection and is mostly limited to the skin and subcutaneous tissues. In this case presentation, a 34-year old DKA case presenting to the emergency service with complaints of nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain and found to have pilonidal sinus with abscess formation in physical examination will be discussed.

Akut fosfat nefropatisi nadiren sağlıklı bireylerde fosfat alımı sonrasında ortaya çıkabile-ceği gibi, sıklıkla diyabet, hipertansiyon ve kronik böbrek hastalığı gibi kronik hastalığı olan hastalarda, nefrotoksik ajan kullanan, dehidrate, ileri yaş ve kadın cinsiyette görülmektedir.2 Bu çalışmada, oral fosfat solüsyonu ile kolonoskopi hazırlığı yapıldıktan sonra akut böbrek hasarı gelişen bir hasta tartışılmıştır.
