Almost every individual in the society can face the distress and stress brought about by many new areas of life such as cognitive, social, behavioral and emotional. Starting from the young adulthood of the individual, identity formation process, career choice, romantic relationships, taking responsibility in many areas, managing their lives, making autonomous decisions, adaptation problems in transition to university, being successful in their courses during university and making a career plan, adapting to the social environment, economic problems. There seems to be a lot of potential stress. Since it is not possible to talk about a stress-free life today, coping with stress is critical for physiological and psychological health. Mindfulness helps individuals cope with their difficult lives with a clear and clear mind. With this awareness they have developed, individuals try to increase their existing capacities with a nonjudgmental attitude, without trying to suppress and change the events in their lives. Studies have shown that individuals reduce their stress factors and develop adaptive coping behaviors. According to the sources obtained from the researches, the results of what kind of life satisfaction the adulthood provides for individuals and which coping resources they use for this and the effect of mindfulness are reviewed and discussed in our study. This study will reveal different approaches from similar studies in the literature in the way that the effect of mindfulness on stress and therefore life satisfaction is presented by compiling, since stress is related to mindfulness and mindfulness affects stress positively and negatively.
