Currently the central government and government of North Sulawesi Province are actively doing implementation of infrastructure development, especially, infrastructure development which connects with coastal tourism area in North Minahasa regency, Indonesa. Therefore, it is necessary to look that impact on tourism and coastal community's economics growth. This purposed of study were to analyze the factors of human resources, 'Mapalus' culture and technological and product innovations. Those factors indicated could strengthen the sustainability of community businesses around the coastal tourism at North Minahasa, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. The method was used in this research is a qualitative method. Data were collected with in-depth interview to several key informants and community business in the vicinity of North Minahasa Regency coastal tourism objects. The results showed that the factor of human resources play an important role in community entrepreneurship groups, such as ownership and business integrity. Research also figure out some business groups have not succeeded yet, even though they were supposed had enough knowledge, experience and skills due of some of them were the participants of entrepreneurship upgrading. The cultural value of 'Mapalus' were also always seen when the one group of fishermen go out to sea. However, from the research discover surprising result, the value of 'Mapalus' culture has been missing their noble value. That fact, seen from the cultural values has begun to erode due to the development of villages which are valued more with financial exchange. The technology and product innovation capabilities factors in the coastal areas are still low and need to be improved. The results indicate coastal business community need of presence of the expert assistants to increase technology and product innovation capabilities.
In the long term, this study aims to increase the economic growth by empowering the poor in coastal areas so as to increase their Income. A new entrepreneurship model based on local potential economic is necessary to achieve the research goals. This study identified the local economic potential in coastal areas of North Minahasa Regency and invent a new entrepreneurship conceptual model based on the identification of local economic potential. The new model will create a new entrepreneur groups or reactivate the old entrepreneur groups. This is a research and development (R&D) study with qualitative and focus group discussion (FGD) method. The results show that the human resources (knowledge, experience, integrity and sense of belonging), culture of mutual assistance / "mapalus", natural resources potential (marine, coastal, agriculture, and tourism potential), innovation (product and online marketing), and diversity of businesses are included in entrepreneurship conceptual model.
The purposes of this study are to study the factors influencing consumers' purchasing behavior in Uniqlo, find determinants of consumers' purchasing behavior, and understand consumers' views on the various factors. The marketing idea is consumer-oriented, with a focus on the consumer rather than the product. We distributed a survey questionnaire to 100 Uniqlo consumers to collect data. The results show that consumers' purchasing behavior in Uniqlo is affected by psychological, personal, social, and cultural factors. The combination of these factors helps the consumer to make further purchasing decisions. Additional findings also provide specific features to improve Uniqlo's chances of enhancing customer satisfaction and suggestions for future development.
Since regional autonomy prevails in Indonesia, each region is required to manage its economic sector in accordance with the characteristics and economic potential that exists in the region in order to achieve sustainable economic development. To achieve this economic development, it is necessary to have a good plan by paying attention to the potential economic sectors in the area. For this reason, this study aims to examine the potential of economic sectors that must be developed first to improve the economy of North Minahasa Regency. The analytical tools used in this study include Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Growth Ratio Model (MRP) and Overlay analysis. The results of this study show that the mining and quarrying sector, processing industry, electricity and gas procurement, construction, educational services. This is a sector that has the opportunity to be developed first, so it is expected to provide a multiplier effect on other sectors.
