This study based on the finite element method, the type of XB1-120-100 harmonic drive output torque and input rotational speed impact on transmission efficiency has been analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of harmonic gear drive increases with the output torque increased, and it has no relation with input rotational speed. When the output shaft takes the value of rated torque (Tout=450Nm), the transmission efficiency of harmonic gear drive obtained by the finite element numerical simulation is 87.1%. This value of transmission efficiency is quite close to the type of XB1-120-100 harmonic drive efficiency (75%-90%). The above analysis method and results have a guiding significance for the transmission design and performance analysis of harmonic gear drive.
In this study, the fracture toughness of ceramic materials such as Al2O3, SiC, Si3N4, ZrO2 were measured by the SENB method and IF method respectively. The results shown that the value of fracture toughness obtained from the SENB method is significantly higher than the IF method. When the notch width is fixed, with the flexural strength of ceramic materials increasing, the error of fracture toughness from the SENB method compared to the IF method is increased. For example, the flexural strength of ZrO2 is about 847MPa and the error of fracture toughness from the SENB method compared to the IF method is 50.14%, the flexural strength of Al2O3 is about 338MPa and the error of fracture toughness from the SENB method compared to the IF method is only 4.52%.
Abstract. According to the environment, structural characteristics and technical requirements of the compressor shell under the working environment in this paper, the casting mold, the die casting process design and simulation optimization were carried out by ProE, Procast and other software combined with the actual production and application examples of the factory. Through a series of simulations, it can determine the optimal parameters which are 670°C casting temperature, 4m/s injection rate and 240°C mold temperature. And it was verified by actual production.
Abstract. According to the material requirements and structure characteristics of the radar shell, the different die-casting process schemes were designed preliminarily. Then, the finite element analysis software Procast was used to simulate schemes. At the same time, the best process scheme was selected by analyzing simulation results. On the basis of the selected scheme, the overflow system was added, which reduced the volume content of shrinkage porosity of the casting. Secondly, the design of the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the scheme, and the optimal process parameters were obtained. As a result, through the actual production and application, obtaining magnesium alloy die castings of shell with excellent quality.
