Mehmet Toyanç YAZGAN* DEĞİŞİK KATLARDA ÇIKAN YANGIN SONUCUNDA ÇELİK YAPILARIN DAYANIMLARININ ARAŞTIRILMASI ÖZ Bu çalışmada doğrusal olmayan statik öteleme (push-over) analizinin temel özellikleri açıklanmış ve 9 katlı çelik bir binaya ait bir moment aktaran çerçevenin doğrusal olmayan statik öteleme (push-over) analizi ile senaryo yangın durumları altında değişik sıcaklıklardaki yanal dayanımı ve rijitliğindeki değişiklikler incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla ilk olarak, yüksek sıcaklık etkisindeki çelik elemanların malzeme özelliklerinde (akma gerilmesi, kopma gerilmesi, elastisite modülü) meydana gelebilecek değişiklikler belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra her bir senaryo durum için doğrusal olmayan statik öteleme (push-over) analizi yapılmış ve sonuçlar karşı-laştırılmıştır. Çelik binalarda yangından sonra çelik elemanların mekanik özelliklerinde yangının derecesine göre büyük değişiklikler meydana gelmektedir. Sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, çelik yapıların gerekli yangın koruma önlemleri ile binada bulunanların yangında dışarı çıkması için yeterli zamanı vermektedir.
Yangına dayanıklı yapı tasarımında, yangının meydana getirdiği olumsuz etkilerinin bilinmesi ve taĢıyıcı sistemi oluĢturan yapı elemanlarının bu deformasyonlara karĢı dayanımlı olmalarının yanında, mimari tasarımdan baĢlayarak yapının taĢıyıcı sisteminin oluĢturulmasında, yangın dayanımını arttıracak birçok ayrıntının göz önüne alınması gerekmektedir. Yangın geçirmiĢ çelik binalarda çelik elemanların mekanik özelliklerinde yangının derecesine göre büyük değiĢiklikler meydana gelmektedir.Yangın geçirmiĢ çelik yapının Doğrusal Olmayan Statik Öteleme(Push-Over) Analizi ile performansının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıĢtır.Sonuçlar göstermiĢtir ki çelik yapıların uygun yangın korunum yöntemleri ile dayanımları yapıda bulunanların güvenli bir biçimde terk etmeleri için yeterli zamanı sağlar.
