The aim of this study is to examine the dimensions (e.g., facilitating conditions (FC), performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE) and social influence (SI)) that influence behavioural intentions in financial institution in Indonesia. This research explores both the practical and theoretical basis of these paradigms. Studying the literature explores a theoretical existence of related context preceding the user behaviors. In addition, SPSS was used to measure demographic and generate descriptive statistics. Overall, the results demonstrate that behavioural intention (BI) was significantly influenced by FC, while PE and SI were marginally supported, and EE was not significant. It is acknowledged that FC is important incentives to necessitate action of user behavioural. The findings of this study may help institution and financial department to initiate new strategies such as integrating the dimensions of user experience on information system based on various indicators of this study. Additionally, to maximize the usage of information system, the institution can implement training for the employee concerning how to use the system. Further research may extend the focus to multiple organisations, cultures, and countries. This research is useful for institutions and academics as the comparative and intersecting explanation of enhancing user's usage of information system in Indonesia.
Komputer saat ini tidak asing lagi bagi setiap kalangan, khususnya didunia pendidikan dengan berbagai macamkegunaan termasuk bagi tenaga pendidik atau guru, terutama tenaga pendidik yang ingin naik pangkat melaluiAngka Kredit. Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pelalawan merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintahan yangbertanggung jawab terhadap semua hal yang berkaitan dengan dunia pendidikan. Dinas Pendidikan juga yangbertugas dalam menangani kenaikan jabatan fungsional dan penetapan Angka Kredit Guru (AKG). Prosespenetapan AKG masih menggunakan Ms. Excel. Data yang disimpan adalah didalam Ms. Excel setiap periodekenaikan pangkat, sehingga tempat backup data ada dibanyak aplikasi. Banyaknya laporan AKG dalam satuperiode sekitar 500 dokumen sementara dalam 1 tahun ada 2 periode. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan dalam prosespencarian data yang dibutuhkan akan memakan waktu yang lama. Kemudian, jumlah Tim Penilai yang hanya 5orang memicu keterlambatan penilaian AKG. Dan guru yang jauh dari Dinas bolak-balik untuk proses kenaikanpangkat ini yang memakan waktu kurang lebih 2 hari serta biaya sekitar 500 ribu rupiah. Metode pengembangansistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, alat bantu yang digunakan dalam menganalisa dan membangun sistemyaitu dengan metode Object Oriented Analysis Design serta pengujian sistem menggunakan Blackbox Testingdan User Acceptance Test dengan tingkat penerimaan sistem sebesar 85,04% . Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahmenghasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Penetapan Angka Kredit Guru Berbasis Web yang dapat membantu gurudan Instansi dalam kenaikan pangkat guru.
AMIK Mahaputra Riau is one of the universities that implements an academic system called SISFO (Information System). SISFO assists in the management of data related to academics such as, student and lecturer data, recaps of lecture results and lecture schedules. In its application, SISFO still found several problems such as, the absence of a complaint feature for users, the color of the system display that seems monotonous, incomplete information about the total score of the entire semester, the system still inputs incorrect data and the length of time the system updates the data. During the implementation of the system, there has never been any research and assessment of the level of user satisfaction with the quality of the system used. From these problems, an analysis is needed that can measure user understanding of the system used, and is expected to provide input to related parties which can later be used to develop and improve the quality of the academic system and help AMIK Mahaputra Riau to reduce risks that will later occur. The method used in this study is the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This study used 72 respondents who were determined using the Quota Sampling technique. Data processing is carried out using SmartPLS software version 3.2. In this study, it was found that 57.6% of students were quite satisfied with SISFO
