In this work we study the correlation function of the ground state of a two-dimensional fully frustrated Ising model as well as spin glass. The Pfaffian method is used to calculate free energy and entropy as well as the correlation function. We estimate the exponent of spin correlation function for the fully frustrated model and spin glass. In this paper an overview of the latest results on the spin correlation function is presented.
In this work we have studied non random Villain model by introducing simple defects to calculate degeneracies of the first excited states using Pfaffian approach through a perturbation theory. The distributions of excitations of the ground states are displayed graphically. The results are indicated that spin glass occurs in the weak disorder for the Villain model. At the concentration of defect bonds 0.03 p = , the distribution behaves in the same manner as for 0.5 p = for different sizes of lattice. The latest result of the spin glass is presented in this paper.
This work investigates the square lattice in the presence of anti-ferromagnetic exchange considering the two-dimensional Ising Villain model. A computational scheme is constructed to evaluate the degeneracy of ground states at zero temperature employing the Pfaffian method through perturbation theory. The entropy and canonical spin glass of the considered model are precisely obtained. The critical point between the Villain phase and canonical spin glass phase with the line fit of entropy at the thermodynamic limit is investigated. It is also shown that the transition point of the Villain model lies in the low concentration regime.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
