This collective monograph is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It conducts a comprehensive study. The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which mainly considers the historical and theoretical and legal aspects of the development of the Basic Law of the country, as well as its practical component.
