Self-assembly and metal-directed assembly of organic semiconductor aerogels and conductive carbon nanofiber aerogels with controllable nanoscale morphologies, Carbon (2019),
We demonstrate a new strategy to tune the density of graphene aerogels. This facile method is capable of producing graphene aerogels over a wide density range without compromising the morphology or quality of the material. Perylenetetracarboxylic acid dianydride serves as a sacrificial filler material that can be thermally decomposed to yield a graphene aerogel with tunable density.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
