A criança vítima de violência sexual tem seu desenvolvimento comprometido, devido à gravidade, magnitude e reflexos que esta violação de direitos pode ocasionar em sua vida, considerada como uma das mais cruéis violações de direitos cometidas contra um ser humano em condição peculiar de desenvolvimento. Nos casos de violência sexual contra criança existe uma relação de poder desigual, uma correlação de forças em que o adulto tem poder sobre a criança, uma relação exercida do mais forte sobre o mais fraco. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica tendo como concepção teórico metodológico, a perspectiva social crítica dialética.
A violência é algo que está se tornando cada vez mais presente na história da sociedade. Um dos tipos que ela se apresenta é a violência sexual intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes, cometida por aqueles que teriam a função de protegê-los contra toda e qualquer forma de violência. Atuando diretamente com a criança e o adolescente vítimas desta violação e seus familiares, o assistente social busca a efetivação dos direitos, a reflexão de que todos são sujeitos de direitos, protagonistas de sua história. Realiza encaminhamentos e intervenções que buscam fortalecer a família e “superar a situação de violência”.
Este é um relato de experiência realizado de agosto a dezembro de 2018 em um hospital escola de Minas Gerais com o objetivo de apresentar ações de educação em saúde em sala de espera. Utilizou-se como base espaços dialógicos na construção do saber. Dos resultados destacam-se: 10 encontros, com 150 participantes e, como temáticas principais abordou-se: política de saúde e direitos sociais. Verificou-se que o projeto aproximou o discente do Serviço Social aos espaços sociocupacionais que o (a) assistente social atua, inserindo-o (a) na dinâmica de trabalho na saúde e resgate dos princípios constitucionais da vivência da realidade social nesse âmbito, e ampliação de conhecimentos através da educação em saúde para os usuários.
