Zielorientierung in Ganzheitlichen Produktionssystemen ist essenziell für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg produzierender Unternehmen. Handelnde müssen erkennen, welche Prozesse einen Zielbeitrag leisten und welches Verbesserungspotenzial in ihnen liegt. Vielschichtige Zielsysteme, unklare Zielbeiträge und eine hohe Methodenvielfalt erschweren die Zielausrichtung von Prozessen über Bereichs- und Prozessgrenzen hinweg. Dieser Beitrag benennt die Herausforderungen und schlägt einen Ansatz zu deren systematischer Bewältigung vor.
Kurzfassung
Ganzheitliche Produktionssysteme (GPS) sind heutzutage Stand der Technik in produzierenden Unternehmen. Neben der Implementierung von Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeugen wurde mittlerweile auch die Notwendigkeit einer GPS-gerechten Führung, dem Lean Leadership, erkannt. Nachhaltiger Erfolg gelingt vor allem mit Führung auf Shopfloor-Ebene und zur selbstständigen Problemlösung befähigten Mitarbeitern – dem wichtigsten Element im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP). Um volatilen Produktionsanforderungen gerecht zu werden, setzen Unternehmen zunehmend auch Methoden zur kurzfristigen Mitarbeiterflexibilisierung ein. Hier stellt sich die Frage, wie ein KVP bei variablen Arbeitsbeziehungen funktionieren kann. Eine mögliche Lösung bietet ein gezielter Methodeneinsatz im Lean Leadership, der die Einbindung flexibler Mitarbeiter in den KVP unterstützt.
