The purpose of the article is to show the importance of urban happiness as a right of social welfare and what are the indicators of international measures that countries must comply with. The research question is: How to achieve happier cities? To answer the question, from the inductive method, a bibliographic search will be made of the concept of urban happiness and of the most relevant health, education and governance indicators proposed since 1979 by the different countries and research centers. Similarly, a contemporary count of the countries with the best indicators of urban happiness and their reasons will be made. Finally, some exemplifying cases of countries with better inter-subjective happiness indexes will be given. The article concludes with the importance of developing countries for achieving more social economies, capable of integrating growth in production (Economic growth) with general welfare and the enjoyment of public values.
The entrepreneurship on mobility leading to an improved quality of life should be an initiative of young people living in the different neighborhoods of a city. They can even design exemplary models of territorial ordering for responsible mobility. Young people with some degree of university education are more sensitive to the value of designing more humane cities. Hence, all social transformation in citizen co-responsibility has its origin in feelings of empathy, that is, in the search for urban happiness for the achievement of a dignified human life. The research question is how to motivate youth social entrepreneurship in city neighborhoods for mobility and strengthening of citizen culture. The research methodology was based on 710 surveys on Quality of Life and Urban Mobility in the Aburra Valley applied to young university students in their last semester and eight interviews with youth organizations and municipal secretariats of citizenship, and mobility. The study conclusion is that if more than 90% of daily visitors to the city downtown live in the surrounding neighborhoods, then the strengthening of civic culture must begin in those neighborhoods. If the suburban area is organized, the downtown will be organized.

El objetivo del artículo es determinar la incidencia del desplazamiento forzado en el desarrollo económico local de Rionegro, Antioquia: 2000-2018. El enfoque metodológico es cuantitativo con un alcance exploratorio - correlacional. El primero, porque ha sido poco investigado; el segundo por dos motivos: porque los hechos ya ocurrieron y porque el alcance muestra la relación o no entre las distintas variables. Se utilizaron software, Microsoft Excel y SPSS. Como conclusión general, se determinó la incidencia del desplazamiento forzado de recepción en el desarrollo económico local de las comunidades de destino, en el caso de Rionegro el mercado laboral, el sector salud y la tasa bruta de escolaridad lo evidenciaron, según la metodología propuesta.
