Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a production machine performance measurement system. Performance measurement with OEE consists of three main parameters in the production machine, namely Availability (machine availability time), Performance (number of units produced) and Quality (quality produced). Many OEE monitoring modules are on the market. These modules are still very expensive so most companies are still unable to implement OEE into production machines. In this research, a software called OEEMAX which functions for OEE monitoring has been developed to be installed on Raspberry Pi. OEEMAX was built to be able to run on Raspberry and be able to read inputs from sensors. OEEMAX is also able to communicate with all types of Programmable Logic Control (PLC). The advantage of Raspberry Pi is the price of the module which is very cheap and uses open source operating system. OEEMAX has been successfully developed and applied to Raspberry Pi. It is able to read sensors through general purpose input / output (GPIO) and communicate with PLC using RS-232 protocol. In addition, it is also capable to send OEE data to SQL server.
This paper describes the design and analysis of protection schemes that it is not regular customers’ location in optical communication system network. Distance and number of customers with the design of optical point protection unit achievements are recognized as the user for a series of rings from CAPU-Ring 1 (Customer Access Protection Unit). CAPU-Ring 1 is made as a safety point of optics that will be placed on the prior user. This system is an optical spot that will be placed in a ring circuit for use in placement of clients scattered. Proposed construction of a series with a protection channel architecture is about designing CAPU-Ring 1 as optical nodes, condition and repair damage to the circuit, the power budget calculations, design in the simulation, and analysis of the node to node. Parameters outlined in this discussion are the relationship of each node optical output power, improving the system of the eye diagram to the distance and also increase the system working against the maximum optical node. Characterization of ring network protection architecture can be identified from the results of a simulation study.
This paper presented a status monitoring system designed to improve fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) engineering work by enabling technicians in central offices to observe, in real time, the usage state of FTTH services for each line in detail when they perform operations such as changing cable routes. This will reduce service interruptions. For FTTH access services, optical network units (ONUs) are installed in customer premises and optical line terminals (OLTs) are installed in the central office. The monitoring system is connected to the fiber section betweenONUs and an OLT, and it receives the upstream optical signal from the ONU. This optical signal is converted to 1-bit signal to be processed by computer. Every ONU is equipped with wireless transmitter and PIC microcontroller to send signal to wireless receiver (multipoint to point). The display program is created to monitor the condition of FTTH lines.
BPS data notes that the agribusiness sector and the processed industry sector are the two largest industrial sectors in Indonesia that contributed to GDP in 2016, Ironically, in 2017 until now there were a slowdown growth in the agricultural sector. One of the processed agribusiness products is tempeh and tofu.The lebak kongsi region of Cileungsi had experienced the era of the glorious growth of micro small medium enterprise (MSME) in the 80-90 era. But nowadays, the scale of the industry and the number of entrepreneurs is decreasing. On the other hand Lembang Bandung is an anomaly from the above, with a broad range market share area.This study aims to formulate a design for developing a new business model strategy that is expected to improve the competitiveness of the tofu MSME in cileungsi. The methodology being used is benchmarking on both MSME industries area region & formulate improvements in the process and product lines, which are made in a new strategy map and business model, finally validated by the AVAC method. Findings from primary data through interviews and observations in the field in the two regions revealed that there was a perception gap and process gap between the two producers regarding the business model being run vs the customer expectation/perception related to the quality of products, and the process factors including the quality of the water used and how they handling of their waste. Other finding on AHP analysis results of a purposive sampling quisoner on 20 consumers in Cileungsi, related to quality aspects shows that the weight factor of taste, product dimension, and freshness of the product are the main factors compared to the labcertified and price of the product.
