This study aimed at developing a backhand serve test model for junior badminton athletes. The research method used was a research and development method. The samples of the study were more than 120 athletes divided into ten badminton clubs in Central Java. This study involved academics and badminton practitioners with an excellent design validation score that reached an average score more than 3.5. The product of the research was Backhand Serve Test Model development, which was equipped with the test norms for junior badminton athletes. The Short Serve Test validity score was 0.702 and the reliability of the test score was 0.910. The developed Serve Test model is proven suitable to be used for measuring the serve skills of junior badminton athletes, because the samples of this study were athletes aged 15-18 years. Of course, the developed test model will be useful as a measuring tool for the backhand serve test for junior badminton athletes at the regional level.
Dalam skala pendidikan formal tradisional, berpikir analisis lebih dikedepankan dibandingkan dengan berpikir kreatif matematis. Soal-soal yang ada hanya menuntut mahasiswa menemukan satu cara penyelesaian masalah, padahal percepatan kemajuan teknologi dan keterbatasan sumber daya alam menuntut kita untuk selalu berpikir secara kreatif dan inovatif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan usaha untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis mahasiswa. Salah satu cara yaitu dengan pemberian soal open ended yang dipadukan dengan pembelajaran berbasis blended learning. Pembelajaran berbasis blended learning merupakan pembelajaran yang menggabungkan pembelajaran tradisional dan modern dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajarannya. Metode penelitian ini diarahkan sebagai penelitian pengembangan yang dikemukan oleh Tassmer meliputi tahap preliminary, prototyping, dan assessment. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UMB yang mengambil mata kuliah Pengantar Probabilitas sedangkan sampel penelitian ini adalaha mahasiswa semester II. Setelah melalui tahapan validasi oleh tim ahli maka penelitian ini menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa soal open ended yang dikemas dalam video pembelajaran yang valid. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan dari masukkan dan saran dari validator maka bahan ajar tersebut layak untuk diujicobakan.
Governance is one thing that cannot be ignored in the performance training system for achieving maximum results from a performance. Therefore, every committee that is in the field of achievement sports management, for example, KONI, must carry out their duties properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of sports governance in improving sports performance in Pidie District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The subject in this study was KONI, Pidie Regency. Subjects took using snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used is observation, interview, and documentation. This type of research uses the CIPP evaluation model with a qualitative research design model with the stages of the CIPP evaluation model are context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, product evaluation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out that sports governance in improving sports achievement has not been relevant to the needs of athletes, which in the provision of facilities and infrastructure have not met the needs of athletes in KONI, Pidie Regency. In the sport management of KONI, Pidie Regency should have a good and competent manager in managing the improvement of sports achievement, this is evidenced by the educational background and achievements of the sports branches that are managed. Seeing this condition is a very open opportunity for Pidie District. So KONI Pidie Regency may score achievements expected to contribute to national-level achievements.
This study aims to look at the relationship between Principal Managerial and Library Employee Competence in School Library Services. The method used is a survey with a population of 7158 heterogeneous junior high school students. The research instrument is based on content validity. Where is calculated Reliability on each instrument with Cronbach Alpha formula. Data analysis using the formula of correlation and regression. Before the analysis is done, the reliability of each instrument is calculated, obtained from the managerial principal = tt 0.400, the competence of library employees r tt = 0.580, and school library services r tt = 0.504. Data analysis using the formula of correlation and regression. there is a positive relationship between managerial principals and the competence of library employees towards library services. Strength of relationships between variables (X1) and variable (X2) expressed by the regression equation Ŷ = 0.793 + 0.338 (X1) + 0.632 (X2) and the correlation coefficient r yI = 0.762 significance at 0.05.From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the principal must have a school library operational unit, a vision, and work with the school environment. Principals need to run open managerial for the progress of libraries and library services need to be improved in achieving better quality education.
