Objective - This study intends to identify the post-COVID-19 safe working practices that have been established and to investigate how the workplace's culture of safety practices has evolved due to the pandemic.
Methodology/Technique - The study used a conceptual development framework that used two data sources: journal publications (secondary data) and field interviews (primary data). The secondary data analysis of the literature review revealed seven post-pandemic workplace practices that are being employed in this study. These practices include workplace hazard control factors and preparedness plan factors.
Findings – Based on the interviews with the 22 companies (safety personnel and practitioners) in the various industries, it was discovered that only three aspects of post-pandemic workplace safety culture were totally actual practices and adopted by all the companies, namely: following guidance from the federal state and Ministry of Health (MOH), monitor hazard control and safe work, and introduce new methods of work. On the other hand, the remaining four elements are seen as not being as crucial to several major industrial sectors.
Novelty - It is seen to have a positive significance if viewed comprehensively. Disclosing the results of a study can provide a benchmark for other companies to compare their own practices and performance against. Additionally, it is necessary to conduct more comprehensive research, particularly regarding the employees' perspectives and their involvement in implementing and improving workplace safety practices. The current study only considered the employer’s viewpoint, as the safety personnel represents their interests.

Human Resource Information System (FBM-HRIS) was developed to manage information of human resource training, conferences, workshops and any activities through Internet. FBM-HRIS aims to provide paperless up to 90% and to provide low cost and reliable automation of the existing systems. FBM-HRIS also provides excellent security data at every level of user-system interaction and also provides robust and reliable storage and backup facilities. Using action research technique, several categories of user participated in this study to get their feedbacks regarding service quality of submitting and managing human resource activity application before and after FBM-HRIS development. The e-survey was constructed and distributed to all selected participants. The results found that FBM-HRIS has several modules which provide many benefits to the faculty such as the ability to support tracking day-to-day human resource activities (staff training information, conferences activities etc.), improving faculty strategic planning in an organized and systematic way, and among others.
The focus of this paper is to measure the awareness towards safety and health (SH) of children among Child Care Centre (CCC) staff and owners. The SH of children who stayed in CCC while their parents are working should be taken seriously. When choosing the CCC, considerations for safety and health should be considered in addition to the CCC's price and location. This study used the quantitative technique with 119 respondents, including owners and employees of CCC who voluntarily enrolled in the risk assessment course for owners and employees of CCC. In conclusion, the majority of respondents were unable to distinguish between risk and hazard in the CCC before enrolling in the course and will require additional training in the future on safety and health.
The beverage manufacturer consumed a large amount of clean water in the production process. From the clean water usage in the production process, the manufacturer needs to monitor wastewater discharge from the beverage production. Each beverage company is obligated to monitor wastewater discharge compliance with the Department of Environment (DOE) 's regulations. The quality of wastewater discharge must meet the DOE's pH level requirements, ranging from pH5.5 to pH9.5. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factor contributing to the pH quality of wastewater and understand the effects of wastewater. As beverage manufacturers produce different types of products such as drinking juice, herbal energy drink, carbonated sports drink, tea, and coffee, the quality of wastewater discharge will differ. The study was conducted through an interview to explore in-depth understanding about beverage production and identify the factor related to wastewater quality. Five respondents were selected to participate in the study, and these respondents were of different departments and positions involved in both the production process and wastewater management department. The observation was also made to record and monitor the reading of pH level for few cycle. A few factors were identified in contributing to the pH quality of wastewater such as types of production and methods used to read the pH level.
ePerolehan was one of government incentive under eGovernment application. ePerolehan was introduced to replace manual procurement system in public agencies to systematic procurement which using internet as platform of transaction. It can be access at any place and any time as long as the internet connection available. This conceptual paper will discuss benefits of ePerolehan system as one of electronic government application incentives and challenges face in order to ensure the success of implementation in Malaysia.
