To assess the impact of knowledge management on strategic management in Jeddah's General Administration of Education. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis using SPSS21 and AMOS 23. 6 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. The researcher created a questionnaire and distributed it to 316 employees of the General Administration of Education in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The survey is two-part. After analyzing the data, EFA could test the measurement validity and reliability by EFA for the primary verses such as age, experience, employment level, scientific qualification, and average income. The study uses a descriptive analytical approach, avoiding reviewing theoretical literature on knowledge management and strategic management practices, as well as previous relevant studies. When comparing knowledge management processes to strategic management practices using structural equation modeling (SEM), knowledge management processes outperform knowledge acquisition. The research was conducted in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and only in Jeddah, but these tools can be used in other government institutions, especially in public service departments. Knowledge management is believed to be effective when used in service institutions seeking to apply strategic management to meet the public's growing needs. The paper has both theoretical and applied importance, as it deals with the impact of knowledge management on implementing strategic management practices. This will be implemented in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to improve strategic performance through knowledge management.
