Gas chromatographic (GC) and the dust formulation has been applied for them.In the present investigation, analytical methods were studied for the determination of d-phenothrin and coexisted other active ingredients in formulations by gas chromatography (GC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The optical isomers of J-phenothrin were also determined by GC.
REAGENTS, EQUIPMENTS AND APPARATUSAnalytical standards of d-phenothrin, tetramethrin and PBO. Technical preparations of known purities were used. The purity of af-phenothrin was determined by GC on a column of 2% PEG-20M (3mm> x l m) at 210°C, using di-(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate as an internal standard, and that of tetramethrin was determined by GCon a column of 2% DEGS (3mm0x lm) at 200°C, using triphenyl phosphate as an internal standard. PBOwas assumed to be 100%.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
