We propose the concept of cooperative sidewalk supporting system that manages sensory information from mobile terminals and personal mobility. This system provides the service which extracts and offers useful information, including the condition of the sidewalks to a user, or to a governmental agency. The technology of gathering the information about sidewalks efficiently from the sensor through the sidewalk user's mobile terminal is introduced in this system. The sensor information from the pedestrian using a sidewalk, a baby carriage, a wheelchair, a bicycle, and personal mobility are saved in the cloud database. In this report, the basic framework of the information gathering system is designed. And we show the fundamental flexibility of the XML base data description form. Furthermore, the concept about creation of the new service which cooperated with machine learning technology or other information is described as a prospective view.
