In the article was traced the development general ideas of ukrainian philosopher in the soviet era – O. Lysenko. Installed, what main attention the scientific research scientist was focused on the study of the scientific and technological revolution (STR), in which man is the main driving force of scientific-technological progress. O. Lysenko research STR on the development social, political and ethical relations in terms socialism, the show dialectical unity the science-technical and social progress, covers issues of ecology, urbanization in the conditions of STR, to show her influence on the character production and life style in opposite social systems. O. Lysenko emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to the education of the individual, emphasizes the need for close unity of ideological, political, labor and moral education, as well as improving these processes in education. Indicates the importance of practical and theoretical problems in matters of social and natural conditions of human development, its formation as a person, studies her creative development, the relationship of her life with the needs, interests and goals, focusing on ideological and moral and aesthetic criteria. It is shown that O. Lysenko in his research pays much attention to the study of such issues as «life style» and «standard of living» and shows the understanding of these concepts by the classics of Marxism-Leninism. Under term of «life style» it is necessary to understand the legal and moral norms, worldview and ideology of large and small social communities, collectives, groups that have much in common in their activities. O. Lysenko believed that an extremely difficult problem in the field of cultural management was the problem of the relationship between biological and social, natural and technical rhythms of man. The scientist draws attention to one of the problems of development of spiritual culture – is the education of ecological culture. As a result, it is shown that according to O. Lysenko, the set of problems caused by STR is extremely diverse, the most important in this complex is the issue of conscious and purposeful management of the rapid development of science and technology, and such an approach requires in deep and comprehensive research of new trends scientific-technical revolution.

У статті проаналізовано особливості розвитку української філософської думки радянського періоду в контексті формування філософських досліджень вітчизняного вченого Ігоря Валентиновича Бичка. Здійснено історико-філософський аналіз поглядів І. Бичка в якому основна увага акцентувалась на формуванні філософської концепції вченого; зроблена спроба репрезентувати його перші філософські здобутки у період 60-70 рр. ХХ ст. Простежено ключові моменти досліджень І. Бичка, що дало можливість визначити внесок який був зроблений вченим у формування атмосфери інтелектуальної свободи та духовного поступу, руху у напрямку пошуку істини, основаного на філософській рефлексії. Поглиблене вивчення та проведення експлікації проблеми пізнання, свободи, гуманізму, представлених у працях І. Buchko stay at the origin becoming Ukrainian philosophy, and his philosophical researches always be directed on human being, on philosophical searches the improvement of the epistemological direction, on thinkings concerning the correlation between practical and spiritual opposition alienation, freedom of choice, humanistic intentions and comprehension of historical and philosophical traditions. Buchka which made it possible to determine the contribution made by the scientist to the formation of an atmosphere of intellectual freedom and spiritual progress movement towards the search for truth based on philosophical reflection. In the article are considered the main moral-ethical research ukrainian soviet philosophy E. Fedorenko. Based on the conducted theoretical reconstruction of scientific-research activity scientist was defined the direction his scientific research, this: the study of ethical problems from the history ethical teachings to relevant questions current life, development of methodological problems history-ethical researches, research work and moral-ethical enlightenment. From the analysis of scientific heritage E. Fedorenko was determined the basis moments his scientific activity, first of all, this investigation of occurrence and originality the theoretical ethic, research in the field social-economic and ideological basics moral and installation its relationship with others forms the social consciousness. He tried to find his own, special for scientific justification moral and designing ethics of the future perfect the soviet human. However, main merit E. Fedorenko, like most soviet scientists, there was an attempt to show, what domestic soviet ethics the gradually departs from inherent in it the ideological form soviet marxism, from moralistic philosophy.
