In the paper, the concept of the formation of the national spatial data infrastructure (NSDI) in Ukraine has been investigated, the complex NSDI industry standards and the classes of objects of the urban-planning cadaster have been analyzed. The complex of problems influencing the development of geo-informational resources in Ukraine has been determined. Given the current state of the national infrastructure of geospatial data and the urgency of the problems of the use of archival geospatial databases (GDB), a need to develop algorithms for the creation of a unified basis for geographic information systems has been shown. The method of automation of the conversion of differentiated GDBs according to the updated rules for the digital description of all geospatial objects instances is proposed. The sets of digital maps are considered as three-dimensional arrays of data. This approach allows us to better navigate in algorithmic processes taking into account a lot of rules for the conversion of objects between two classifiers of different structures.
The purpose of the article is development of the issue of increasing the efficiency of the automation and visu-alization procedure for creating documentation based on the use of XML-files, which, unlike existing ones, simpli-fies data exchange and presentation, which allows to automate document flow while maintaining accurate data description. Stationary or portable technical devices in which information is stored in XML files are usually used as visu-alization tools. Such files are used to exchange information between the decision maker, users and spatially dis-tributed systems and are called exchange. The XML format significantly minimizes the amount of memory on the media, in this format, any tags are created that are analogous to the fields in the table. The XML exchange file is also one of the tools for filling the cartographic basis of the urban cadastre and cadastres of other natural re-sources. The study improved the method of monitoring regional resources, based on the methodology of parallel cal-culations, which, in contrast to existing ones, can be used to process large amounts of spatially distributed infor-mation, which improves the monitoring system of regional resources in processing complex structured requests and too many spatial objects. Thus, the control, classification, coding and reliability of information with the re-production of missing data by verification, conversion and validation of archival or new spatially distributed information. All developed models, methods and software and hardware for building regional resources monitoring have been brought to the level of engineering methods, algorithms and software tools for computer implementation. Methods and algorithms are implemented using Digitals, FastReport software and C # programming languages. The approbation of the developed technology is carried out on the example of separate parts of the Kharkiv city and the village of Kotlyary territories.
The purpose of the article is development of the issue of increasing the interest in the issue of the interactive entertainment industry, in particular in such areas as the development of electronic games, as well as coverage of the issue of independent product development and content of the compound. During the research, such a program product was developed, with usage of author’s content, to avoid the similarities with the other products. Today, the information technology sphere remains one of the leading sectors of the economy. The field of computer games, in turn, is one of the most popular areas of information technology development. Over the past 50 years, this segment has only strengthened its position in the global entertainment market and continues to grow. Profits from the sale of games are growing, as is the demand for them, because nowadays more people play electronic games than ever before. Due to the inconvenience of the financial plan on the part of publishers involved in the distribution of computer games, the phenomenon of indie games has emerged - projects that are independent from a financial and creative point of view. This article is devoted to the issue of modeling and development of computer indie games. The above-mentioned computer game being developed is a representative of the "visual novel" genre. The main purpose of any game is to meet the needs of end users - players - in the organization of their own leisure, as well as making a profit from the game. The software product under development is an electronic (computer) game called "PRIESTESS", developed using the tools of the engine "Ren'Py" and high-level programming language "Python", the graphical shell of the project is created using the graphical editor "Photoshop CS5". All the necessary models, schemes, diagrams and algorithms were made before the development, and built by means of the Internet resource "draw.io".
Kharkiv's accession to the World Federation of Tourist Cities will ensure the city's further active participation in international exchanges of modern experience and best practices in the field of urban development, tourism and urban attractiveness. Nowadays, non-profit applications are becoming popular, designed to meet the needs of the user, to make life in the metropolis as easy as possible, as well as to help plan the route of movement and organize the search for the necessary objects in the city of Kharkiv. In Kharkiv, information technologies have long been introduced in the management of communal property to implement the policy of local authorities. The purpose of the research is to model and create a mobile application that helps tourists and citizens of the city to learn more useful and interesting information about the place of Kharkiv. This application is designed for devices running on the Android platform and can be used as a navigation system for the sights of Kharkiv. The main functions of the application include: displaying the location of the city's attractions; structure and display of the route to a particular monument; detailed description of the selected monument; display the list of monuments in the selected category; output of general information about the city; display user location geo-coordinates. The following development tools were chosen to implement the program: Java programming language, Android Studio development environment and external Cloud Firestore database. To assess the efficiency of the program, the main metrics of the efficiency of the development and application of mobile applications were identified and analyzed. The testing of the proposed software application was carried out. The development of the proposed mobile application is an important aspect of a comfortable and interesting trip for guests of our city or for a walk of the city's residents.
