During the Covid-19 outbreak, the courier service industry played a critical role. In the face of this pandemic, businesses require personnel who are capable of surviving.Objectives: The goal of this study is to look at the direct impact of intellectual, emotional, social, and adaptability on employee performance, as well as the indirect impact of intellectual, emotional, and social competence on employee performance via adaptability.Methodology: This study adopts a quantitative methodology, data collection through a questionnaire, and obtained responses respondents (n = 98) from 113 respondents who have work experience in their field. The measurement model and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SmartPLS software.Finding: The results revealed that social competence and job satisfaction had a favorable and significant influence on employee performance, but intellectual and emotional competence had no such effect.Conclusion: The effect of social competence on employee performance might be mitigated through adaptability. Social competence and adaptability are important factors in boosting employee effectiveness. Further research can improve the research model and produce a broader research object so that it can assess intellectual and emotional competency so it is significant to employee performance.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Untuk menguji job description berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Total sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah tediri dari 137 PNS pada Sekretariat Dinas Kesehatan dan 5 Puskesmas di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan; 2) Job description berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Tidore Kepulauan.
This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and individual ability on employee performance with organizational supervision as a moderator at Class II Ternate Harbor and Port Authority. The number of samples used in this study was 42 respondents with moderated regression analysis as an analytical technique. Based on the analysis conducted, the results of the study indicate that work discipline and individual abilities have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, the results also showed that organizational supervision is only able to moderate the relationship between individual abilities and employee performance, but not on the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. The findings in this study provide guidelines that can be considered by policy makers in an effort to improve employee performance by considering key factors such as work discipline, individual abilities, and organizational supervision.
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how job satisfaction, through which organizational justice is influenced, affects lecturers' willingness to quit the organization. At Khairun University, permanent lecturers from 7 (seven) different faculties were the subject of the study. The sample consisted of 224 lecturers who were evenly distributed among 7 faculties. Using the SmartPLS 5 program, analyze study data using a structural equation model. The findings of this investigation demonstrate that:1) organizational justice has significant effect on intention to leave; 2) organizational justice has an effect on job satisfaction; 3) Job satisfaction has an effect on intention to leave, and; Job satisfaction has been proven to mediate the effect of organizational justice on intention to leave.
