El objetivo de esta investigación es identificar y describir los principales delitos de índole fiscal y penal que se cometen en relación con el comercio exterior y las aduanas en la república mexicana, así como sus causas, efectos, circunstancias y repercusiones. En la metodología, se muestra la importancia de vincular al comercio exterior y a las aduanas con la criminología, dando a conocer los delitos cometidos en relación con las actividades comerciales que tenemos con otros países. El diseño de la investigación es analítico-descriptivo no-experimental; es transversal o transeccional, correlacional/causal. En avances se han analizado los principales factores determinantes que vinculan a los elementos humanos y materiales de las distintas acciones delictivas que se cometen, que se identifican de la siguiente manera: pasajeros, importadores, exportadores, autoridades, operadores de logística, tránsito y transporte, agentes y agencias aduanales, apoderados y representantes legales, y demás involucrados en la entrada y salida de mercancías, así como aquellos que de manera ilegal entran o salen de México, cometiendo delitos en materia de comercio exterior o de aduanas, que se vinculan con mercancías, equipajes y menajes de casa, principalmente.
It is important to identify the school performance of the delinquent, from the psychobiological and social aspects; a study carried out in the Preventive and Readaptation Center of Puente Grande, Jalisco (2014-2019 to men and women imprisoned for the crime of robbery and homicide. The methodology used was bibliographic, criminological, sociological and law research; with direct and indirect observation of the inmates; including his life story. Data collection was carried out starting from the prison community universe, using a 25% sample, with psychobiological and socio-legal variables. In the discussion and results of the investigation, school performance is significant in the generation of antisocial and/or criminal behaviors, because school life, there were evasions or school absences, learning problems or failure. In conclusion, the antisocial and/or criminal behavior of delinquents present a low rate of education, primary and/or secondary, or else, they leave their studies truncated for various family and/or economic reasons, which encourages them to carry out activities diverse that originate, in the majority of the occasions, the commission of a crime.

Las investigaciones multidisciplinarias ayudan a comprender desde varios enfoques qué sucede con nuestro objeto de estudio, que es la conducta delictiva femenil. Por ello, a partir de la Criminología, se hizo un estudio criminológico de manera multidisciplinaria, aplicándose el trabajo de campo en el Centro Preventivo y de Readaptación Femenil de Puente Grande, Jalisco (2008 al 2013), a las internas de entre 18 y 35 años recluidas por el delito de homicidio. Se desglosa la multicausalidad de su conducta para poder realizar una investigación inter y multidisciplinaria, a partir de los factores internos y externos que influyen en sus acciones, para llegar a la transdisciplinariedad. Esto, desde los aspectos sobre la génesis, la educación, los derechos humanos, la prevención del delito y las políticas criminales.
