O presente estudo, busca realizar uma revisão integrativa acerca dos estudos que abordam a construção de relações interpessoais no ambiente de trabalho sob a perspectiva da população LGBTQIA+. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, realizada no período de agosto de 2021 a julho de 2022, utilizando artigos, teses, monografias e dissertações publicados entre 2012-2022, em inglês, espanhol e português. As buscas foram realizadas nas bases de dados SCOPUS (Elsevier©), Web Of Science (Clarivate©), Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO), Catálogo de Teses e Dissertações da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) e Google Scholar Web Search. Foram recolhidos 186 estudos científicos e após a seleção e triagem com base nos critérios de inclusão, foram selecionados 24 estudos do Brasil, USA, Holanda, Suécia, Itália, Portugal, Colômbia e Reino Unido. Segundo a literatura cientifica, as relações interpessoais para a população LGBTQIA+, sofre com influências de dinâmicas sociais e políticas reproduzidas no ambiente de trabalho. Tais como: reconhecimento e relações de poder desiguais baseados na sexualidade, casos de preconceitos, violências, discriminação, assédio, intolerância e sofrimento no mercado de trabalho. Que impactam no funcionamento e rendimento de empresas e seus respectivos funcionários, além de gerar impactos complexos na saúde de seus trabalhadores. O estudo revela a importância e necessidade de iniciativas, ações e políticas institucionais na busca pela valorização da diversidade organizacional, inclusão e na construção de ambientes de trabalho saudáveis. Incluindo o combate à discriminação por gênero e sexualidade.
