Вступ. Реактивний артрит -найпоширеніше захворювання суглобів серед осіб працездатного віку. Запальний процес виникає не лише у разі бактерійної інфекції (урогенітальній, кишковій чи респіраторній), але спричиняється і вірусами (віруси гепатиту, краснухи, герпесвіруси, особливо ЕBV та ін.). Мета. Саме тому, метою нашого дослідження стало -дослідити рівень цитокінів (TNF-α, IL-17, IL-23, INF-γ, IL-10) у пацієнтів з реактивним артритом, спричиненими хламідійною та EBV-інфекцією. Методи. Обстежено 97 хворих на РеА (28 хворих -з C. Trachomatis, 33 хворих -з EBV, 19 хворих -з подвійним інфікуванням EBV та C. Trachomatis, 17 -з тонзилогенною інфекцією). Концентрацію цитокінів IL-10, IL-17, IL-23, TNF-α та IFN-γ оцінювали у дублікатах сироваток крові методом проточної цитометрії, використовуючи магнітні мікросфери, кон'юговані з моноклональними антитілами, за допомогою платформи BioPlex 200 з HRF (Bio-Rad, США), використовуючи технологію Luminex xMAP® та відповідні спеціальні набори. Результати. Ми виявили достовірне зростання концентрації TNF-α, IL-17, IL-23 та INF-γ і зниження концентрації IL-10 у всіх досліджуваних групах хворих у комбінованій інфекції EBV та C. trachomatis, при EBV, при C. trachomatis, при РеА, зумовленому тонзилогенною інфекцією порівняно з контрольною групою здорових пацієнтів.Висновки. Оцінка рівня активності запального процесу за допомогою визначення концентрації цитокінів у хворих з РеА дає змогу прогнозувати в подальшому ризик розвитку ревматоїдного артриту чи іншої системної аутоімунної патології.
