Bei der Errichtung von Hochbauten werden schon seit einigen Jahren bevorzugt Stahlbetonflachdecken eingesetzt, die aufgrund ihrer punktförmigen Stützung eine flexible Grundrissgestaltung mit leichten Trennwänden ermöglichen. Bei sehr schlanken Druckgliedern wie Stützen aus hochfestem Beton, Schleuderbetonstützen oder Verbundstützen für die punktförmigen Auflager der Flachdecken ergibt sich die technische Herausforderung der vertikalen Lastdurchleitung durch die in der Regel aus normalfestem Beton hergestellten Flachdecken. Hierfür wurden Konstruktionselemente in Form von hochfesten Kernen entwickelt, die den Deckenknoten durchdringen und somit einen direkten vertikalen Kraftschluss zwischen den am Knoten angreifenden Stützen ermöglichen. In diesem Fall verbleibt für die Lasteinleitung aus der Decke in die untere Stütze nur eine im Querschnitt deutlich reduzierte, ringförmige Lasteinleitungsfläche. Im Vorfeld durchgeführte Finite‐Elemente‐Simulationen zum Durchstanztragverhalten solcher lochrandgestützter Platten mit kleiner ringförmiger Lasteinleitungsfläche lassen den Schluss zu, dass sich je nach Größe der Lasteinleitungsfläche und der Art der konstruktiven Ausbildung Effekte auf das Bruchverhalten und die Versagenslasten ergeben. Nachfolgend wird über die Ergebnisse experimenteller Untersuchungen dieser besonderen Durchstanzproblematik und der begleitend durchgeführten Finite‐Elemente‐Simulationen berichtet.
Mit Building Information Modeling (BIM) wird der Planungsprozess von Bauprojekten grundlegend verändert. Dies bedeutet für alle Planungsbeteiligten, sich mit neuen Arbeitsprozessen und neuen Softwaretools vertraut zu machen. Grundlage für die neue Arbeitsmethode bilden ein dreidimensionales geometrisches Gebäudemodell und die daraus zur Verfügung stehenden Gebäudedaten.
In der Tragwerksplanung ermöglicht spezielle, für den BIM‐Planungsprozess entwickelte Software eine automatisierte Überführung des geometrischen Gebäudemodells über ein analytisches Modell in ein Berechnungsmodell. Logische Folge dieses Arbeitsprozesses ist die Nutzung des dreidimensionalen Berechnungsmodells für den statischen Nachweis. Der Einsatz von 3‐D‐Statik‐Software in der Praxis ist bereits zu verzeichnen.
Im Rahmen wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen wurden für Gebäude aus dem Hochbau dreidimensionale Gebäudemodelle entsprechend dem BIM‐Planungsprozess erstellt und ganzheitlich bemessen. In diesem Beitrag werden auf Basis der gesammelten Erfahrungen Defizite aufgezeigt, die bei der automatisierten Ableitung und Detaillierung des dreidimensionalen analytischen Modells und Berechnungsmodells sowie bei der Nutzung des 3‐D‐Modells in der Statik auftreten. Darüber hinaus werden Möglichkeiten, Intelligente Methoden in diesen Arbeitsprozess zu implementieren, dargelegt.
Seit einiger Zeit werden Gitterträger‐Elementdecken verstärkt auch bei der Herstellung punktgestützter Flachdecken eingesetzt. Dabei wird zuweilen übersehen, dass es gegenüber liniengelagerten Decken einige Besonderheiten zu beachten gilt. Die Stahlbetonflachdecke hat sich aufgrund ihrer hinlänglich bekannten wirtschaftlichen und gestalterischen Vorzüge ihren festen Platz im Geschossbau erobert. Nachfolgend soll ein Rückblick auf ihre Entwicklungsgeschichte gegeben werden.
