His research focuses on enforcement, detention, due process, and criminalimmigration connections. mark was formerly a visiting associate fellow at the center for migration Studies of new York, and taught civil rights and immigration at Brooklyn Law School and the Seton Hall Law School center for Social Justice. mark clerked for the Hon. Harold Baer, Jr. in the Southern District of new York. mark earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and B.A. from Boston college.
