The free gingival graft procedure using suturing technique has been widely utilized to effectively increase the amount of attached keratinized gingiva. However, conventional suturing procedure is time-consuming and technique-sensitive. Simplified free gingival graft procedure around teeth and dental implants using medical grade tissue adhesive (Cyanoacrylate) is known to overcome drawbacks of traditional suture techniques. However, clinical application of cyanoacrylate as a means to stabilize the graft has not been a common practice. The aim of this report demonstrates simplified free gingival graft procedures around dental implants using cyanoacrylate and their follow up results.
