A good education will create a good generation so that the lives of nations and countries will have a good effect. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of flipped classroom learning models assisted by Video Learning to improve problem solving skills and learning independence. The research method used is quantitative with quasy experimental design type. The sampling techniques in this study used randomized classroom techniques as experiment classes with flipped classroom learning models, control classes that used expository models. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Manova test with the conclusion that there is an influence on the use of flipped classroom learning models assisted by learning videos to improve solving skills. There is an influence on the use of flipped classroom learning models assisted by learning videos to improve learning independence. Supervision is an assessment process or procedure in giving directions and conducting critical assessments of the learning process. Supervision is an activity carried out by the principal to supervise and direct all educational devices in order to achieve educational goals. The principal as a supervisor who carries out the supervision program starts with planning, implementation and follow-up. This study aims, (1) how is the application of educational supervision in increasing the professionalism of MI Al-Amien teachers, (2) what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in the application of educational supervision in increasing the professionalism of MI Al-Amien teachers This study used a descriptive qualitative approach where the research went directly to the field, while the data collection techniques in this study varied with interview, observation and documentation methods, data collection using structured interview methods. The research findings show that: 1) the application of educational supervision in improving teacher professionalism, namely: a) the principal is active in checking the lesson plan every week and actively making prota and promissory notes; b) the school principal actively conducts class visits, with; c) the school principal is active in supervising education at the beginning of every month by evaluating the teacher; d) the school principal always takes part in PKKM activities which are held every year; i) 80% of teachers are in linear institutions. 2) the implementation of educational supervision can be said to be effective in increasing teacher professionalism because teacher professionalism is getting better and orderly starting from planning, carrying out learning to evaluating/assessing learning.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC terhadap kemampuan metakognitif dan berpikir kreatif matematis peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Ekperimental design dengan rancangan penelitian menggunakan rancangan Posttest only control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa tes kemampuan metakognitif dan berpikir kreatif matematis pada materi matriks. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji One Way Manova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa (1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan metakognitif dan berpikir kreatif matematis secara bersama-sama antara peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC dan yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ceramah, (2) Kemampuan metakognitif peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ceramah, dan (3) Kemampuan berpikir kreatif matematis peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC lebih baik daripada peserta didik yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ceramah. Peneliti mengharapakan bahwa pada penelitian selanjutnya yang menggunakan model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC (Skimming, Mind mapping, Questioning, Exploring, Writing and Communicating), hendaknya menggabungkan model pembelajaran SIMAS ERIC dengan pendekatan pembelajaran untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta didik lainnya agar proses pembelajaran dapat lebih efektif.
Problems in learning Indonesian in the discussion of simple essay writing material, where students lack interest in writing simple essays, students' knowledge is still little about writing simple essays, students who find it difficult to arrange sentences into a paragraph. Through this problem, the purpose of this study is to overcome the low skills of writing simple essays. To overcome this, interesting and appropriate media are needed so that students can easily understand the material. Therefore, researchers will apply serial image media. The type of research used was experimental, Quasi-Experiential Design. This research was carried out at SDN 128 Tanjung dropping out of class III and SDN 238 Tanjung dropping out of class III in the even semester of the 2022/2023 school year. The population in this study were 17 elementary school students from the two elementary schools. The data collection instrument used uses independent and dependent variables. Development of instruments used validity test, reliability test, level of difficulty test. Data collection techniques used pre-test (pre-test) and post-test (post-test). Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results obtained, the significance of the paired samples t test is 0.002 <0.05, which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded from the experimental class and the control class, that the experimental class has the influence of serial picture media on student learning outcomes in Indonesian Language Theme 8 SDN 128 Tanjung Bawah, because the experimental class meets the criteria, while the control class does not meet the criteria.
