This article intends to analyze issues in Rural Education in the municipality of Ibiassucê - BA, which provides the stages of Early Childhood and Elementary Education, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, hence learning has become technology-mediated due to social distancing measures. The research aims to understand how Remote Teaching has taken place in rural schools in Ibiassucê, to examine how historical and social problems are unfolded in the school context, to debate Remote Teaching points present in the family and in the teaching routine which reflect on the teaching-learning process and to list issues of teaching mediated by digital technologies in Rural Education. In order to fulfill these objectives, a qualitative approach was adopted, using a questionnaire for data collection, allowing to identify issues pertinent to education in the current conjuncture, such as: the inefficient range of this learning method, having non-democratic access; the challenges that teachers, families and managers face in order to get by the current circumstances with Remote Teaching, without technical support and specific education, which has an impact in the range of meaningful learning provided and their physical and mental health; methodological issues necessary to establish the teaching-learning process; impacts that social issues have on vulnerable families.
As políticas educacionais de cunho étnico-raciais remontam às últimas décadas do século XX com a abertura do processo democrático no Brasil. As investigações realizadas em vários espaços geográficos por pesquisadores diversos apontam a necessidade de garantir a execução do que está previsto na legislação educacional. Nesse sentido, o presente artigo é fruto de pesquisa realizada nas Comunidades Quilombolas do Município de Caetité/BA, com o objetivo de conhecer como as conquistas do Movimento Negro, no plano institucional, efetivam-se no plano real no que refere às Políticas Públicas Educacionais. Este artigo é de natureza exploratória, com abordagem da pesquisa qualitativa, baseado no estudo bibliográfico e documental, utilizando a pesquisa de campo e a entrevista pessoal por meio de um questionário semiestruturado. O resultado da pesquisa constatou-se a existência de diversas políticas públicas destinadas a população negra, fruto das lutas do Movimento Negro, a divergência entre o olhar dos docentes e a percepção dos discentes em relação aos conteúdos trabalhados demonstra uma inconformidade em não conseguir relacionar os conteúdos á sua identidade cultural e social, bem como o alto índice de distorção e a ausência de discussões sobre a temática que contribuem para que as políticas educacionais garantidas juridicamente no sistema educacional não sejam implementadas a contento.
A investigação em voga possui como objeto de análise a luta pelo Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional e busca expor ao mesmo tempo a pesquisa inicial da participação dos professores do ensino público e suas representações nos municípios Urandi, Pindai, Guanambi, Matina, Palmas de Monte Alto, Ibiassucê e Sebastião Laranjeiras no Alto Sertão da Bahia alinhado às lutas nacionais. É possível destacar a organização política desses professores que cursaram o nível superior e desenvolveram grupos de estudo e pesquisa sendo um deles o Grupo de Pesquisa Cultura, Sociedade e Linguagem (GPCSL), como formas de intervir e desvelar a realidade na construção da qualificação social e melhoria das condições de trabalho. Realizamos levantamento bibliográfico da temática, utilizamos fontes oficiais e o resultado das entrevistas com 8 professores filiados aos sindicatos municipais. Elegemos o materialismo histórico-dialético como possibilidade de interpretação do real, das contradições e dos conflitos de classe enfrentados pela categoria professores/as no processo de sociabilidade do capital. Enquanto categorias de análises definimos aquelas que possibilitaram a interpretação de: tempo de trabalho, classe social, salário e Estado/Gestores. A partir da tabulação dos dados pudemos constatar o movimento das contradições enfrentadas pela categoria professores/as de ação e reação em contraposição àqueles que estão gestores e dirigentes sindicais e expressam diferentes posicionamentos quando representam a categoria, quer no Alto Sertão da Bahia, quer como Confederação Nacional dos Trabalhadores em Educação – CNTE. As diferentes posições políticas fizeram-se presentes, associadas em esforços para a implantação do piso salarial, entretanto verificamos o contrário quando da discussão pela implantação do tempo/jornada de trabalho de 2/3 (dois terços) da carga horária para desempenho das atividades de interação com os educandos no trabalho extraclasse, que vem sendo secundarizada não recebendo por parte dos representantes Sindicais a mesma atenção nos debates e ações realizadas. A Lei nº 11.738/2008 em sua aplicação acabou sendo fragmentada como se as duas questões abordadas: piso salarial nacional e tempo/jornada de trabalho de 2/3 (dois terços) para trabalhos extraclasse fossem duas realidades distintas e não compusessem as condições de trabalho do professor.
