The purpose of developing instructional is to contribute to the concept of thought in consulting at BDK Jakarta, particularty in developing instructional design to online training. Secondly, is to foster the creativity of Widyaiswara (Instructors), so that they can contribute to online training development. The consulting concept is expected to mediate instructors develop the online training designs in the future. Consultancy is initiated with situation analysis, and data collection stage is taken before designing and planning a consulting program. Situation analysis aims to collect information including types and forms of activities, parties or the public involved, actions and strategies to be taken, tactics, and the budget needed to implement the program. The result shows the consultation as an online training transformed into a new type of instructional design. This new type of instructional design has been validated by experts and peers through discussion.
This study aims to develop an online learning system for Community of Inquiry (COI) based Classroom Action Research at Jakarta’s Religious Education and Training center (BDK Jakarta). This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis that has been adapted to the needs and availability of the researcher's time. Learning development refers to the Bates model. Evaluation is executed through expert evaluation and field trials. Furthermore, a test was conducted to obtain data related to increasing the understanding of teacher's concept by analyzing the test and skill’s results. The data obtained from this test indicate that there is a significant increase in understanding the concept. Thus, this inquiry technique community is considered successful in training.
Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan peserta Diklat Jarak Jauh Penelitian Tindakan Kelas bagi Guru MTs dalam menyusun proposal PTK di BDK Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah peserta DJJ PTK bagi Guru MTs. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui pengamatan pada proses DJJ PTK bagi guru MTs di BDK Jakarta sejak bulan September s.d November 2016. Hasil pengamatan mengenai kesulitan peserta DJJ PTK dalam menyusun proposal PTK yaitu pada penyusunan bab I, kesulitan terbanyak pada perumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Pada penyusunan bab II ditemukan kesulitan terbesar pada penyusunan sistematika kajian pustaka, mencari referensi, dan perumusan kerangka berpikir. Pada penyusunan bab III kesulitan terbesar pada penyusunan prosedur penelitian dan indikator keberhasilan. Kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya referensi yang dibaca oleh guru karena kurang fasilitas atau masih kurang membaca referensi baik bahan ajar yang sudah disajikan di web DJJ maupun buku-buku lain, atau peserta kurang memahami apa yang sudah dibacanya.
