RESUMO:Bem-estar no trabalho tem sido apontado como um indicador de saúde ocupacional. A promoção deste indicador pode está associada ao quanto os indivíduos consideram que seu empregador toma decisões a eles relacionadas com base em procedimentos justos. O presente estudo teve como objetivo investigar a relação entre bem-estar no trabalho (BET) e percepção de justiça de procedimentos (PJP). Participaram da pesquisa um grupo de 105 trabalhadores brasileiros com idade média de 32,03 (DP=8,80) anos, sendo a maioria (65,7%) do sexo feminino, distribuídos equitativamente entre solteiros e casados. Os participantes responderam a duas medidas válidas e precisas que aferiram BET e PJP, cujos dados foram analisados por meio do SPSS. A Análise de correlação (r de Pearson) mostrou índices positivos e significativos entre as dimensões de BET e PJP. A ANOVA revelou que os homens apresentam níveis mais elevados de bem-estar no trabalho. Tais resultados apontam que o nível de bemestar no trabalho aumenta proporcionalmente a percepção de justiça de procedimento, assim como foi evidenciado que os homens demonstraram manter vínculos mais fortes do que as mulheres com o trabalho e a organização. Diante dos resultados apresentados, seria possível reconhecer que os procedimentos de tomada de decisão adotados pelas instituições suscitam estados saudáveis dentre seus colaboradores como o de bem-estar. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PERCEPTION OF JUSTICE AND WELFARE AT WORK IN PROFESSIONAL BRAZILIANABSTRACT: Well -being at work has been described as an indicator of occupational health. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between well -being at work (BET) and perceived fairness of procedures (PJP). Participants answered two accurate and valid measures that assessed BET and PJP, whose data were analyzed using SPSS.
