Today liquidity risk is the least known and formalized. Leasing companies are exposed to liquidity risk, no less than the banks and other financial and credit institutions. In this paper we describe the financial risk factors that affect the liquidity of the leasing company, and propose alternatives for calculating each of the risk factors on the basis of the analysis of financial statements. Produced mathematical models influencing change of liquidity risk of leasing company and as a consequence of the financial results. Presents a graphical representation and reasoning occurring transformations.
The article describes forms and methods of government influence on the innovation climate factors (on the example of the Russian Federation and the Tatarstan Republic. The role of regional authorities is extremely important and it includes settings of goals and principles which are responsible for effective management of innovation development factors in the region. The government's role in the innovation economy development is to create the necessary infrastructure and legal environment , resolving issues using the results of intellectual activity , the creation of conditions for the effective application of science and technology for the production of a commercial product by Russian enterprises.
The main goals of social and economic modernization, manifested by the Russian government in social policy have been studied. The basic cause of Russia losing its advantages in the social policy implementation is outlined. The Federal Law on the reform in the public sector has been analyzed. The shortcomings and problems affecting the introduction of this law into effect have been detected.
