Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el “Síndrome de Burnout” y la calidad de sueño de los miembros del colegio de biólogos que laboran en el área COVID, Consejo Regional XV- Puno. 2022. Métodos: en esta investigación cuyo tipo es correlacional, observacional, prospectivo, de nivel relacional, la población considerada es de 362 biólogos que pertenecen al Colegio de Biólogos Consejo Regional XV- Puno, lo que permitió obtener la muestra, determinada mediante fórmula estadística, que es de 188 biólogos que laboran en el área COVID de los establecimientos del Ministerio de Salud en la región de Puno, a los que se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta siendo utilizados los siguientes instrumentos: Cuestionario de Pittsburg de Calidad de sueño, y el cuestionario de Maslach Bur.Nout Inventory, el producto fue procesado en la base de datos SPSS versión 26. Para la contrastación de la hipótesis se utilizó la prueba estadística del chi cuadrado. Resultados: de los 188 biólogos, considerados para el presente estudio el 45,2% evidencian Síndrome de Burnout moderado, de la misma población un porcentaje del 38,3% presentan calidad de sueño subjetiva muy mala; mientras que en el mismo acápite el 8,5% tienen una duración de sueño muy buena; se evidencia también que respecto a la perturbación de sueño el 41,0% es muy buena, y el 70,2% tienen una disfunción del sueño durante el día bastante buena. Conclusión: existe una relación significativa (Valor de p= 0,000 = 0,0% < 0,05) entre el “Síndrome de Burnout” y la calidad del sueño de miembros del colegio de biólogos que laboran en el área COVID, Consejo Regional XV-Puno. 2022.
