Mis en ligne : 16 février 2021 Résumé Dans cet article, nous proposons une réflexion sur des enjeux liés au contexte d'enseignementapprentissage mobilisant diverses modalités de formation à distance imposé aux enseignants et aux étudiants pendant la pandémie de COVID-19. Nous nous intéressons particulièrement au développement des compétences numériques des étudiants universitaires et aux risques de voir émerger des inégalités numériques. En nous appuyant sur des résultats d'une recherche récente, nous déterminons des difficultés susceptibles d'être vécues par les étudiants dans leur apprentissage en contexte numérique. Ces difficultés nous amènent à proposer des conditions à mettre en place pour favoriser l'apprentissage numérique des étudiants.
Ce texte présente des résultats tirés d'une synthèse des connaissances réalisée en 2015, concernant l'utilisation du manuel numérique en contexte postsecondaire. Les études répertoriées se concentrent sur des applications en milieu universitaire, bien que quelques-unes d'entre elles réfèrent à une formation équivalente à celle du secteur collégial technique québécois. Les articles retenus lors de cette recension proviennent de revues scientifiques essentiellement anglosaxonnes. Le travail d'analyse a permis de mettre en exergue des avantages et des inconvénients perçus ou vécus en relation avec l'usage du manuel numérique par des enseignants et des étudiants. Les principaux résultats indiquent que l'utilisation du manuel numérique se révèle particulièrement positive quant aux formes d'interactivité qu'il permet. En revanche, différents obstacles se dressent lorsque vient le moment d'accéder à l'outil et de l'utiliser.
Une multitude de pratiques diversifiées ont été mises en œuvre afin de favoriser le développement des compétences informationnelles (CI) chez les étudiants du réseau de l’Université du Québec. Ces pratiques n’ont jamais fait l’objet d’évaluation de leur pertinence, ni des effets engendrés. Afin de contribuer à solutionner cette problématique, une étude méthodologique en trois phases a été conduite au sein de ce réseau. La première phase a permis de valider 339 critères de qualité des pratiques de développement des compétences informationnelles (PDCI) auprès d’experts. La deuxième phase consistait à expérimenter un processus de mesure de la qualité des formations documentaires et de la collaboration interprofessionnelle. Dans la troisième phase, des cercles de qualité constitués dans six universités ont procédé à l’évaluation de leurs résultats. La mise en commun de ces évaluations a permis d’identifier les forces et les points faibles significatifs en matière de PDCI. Les forces identifiées sont la qualité de la prestation et le niveau d’expertise démontrés par les bibliothécaires ainsi que leur relation avec les professeurs. Les points faibles se réfèrent à la faible collaboration interprofessionnelle et aux stratégies pédagogiques employées dans le cadre des formations documentaires. Une observation pour le moins paradoxale se dégage des résultats. Alors que la relation entre les bibliothécaires et les professeurs constitue la troisième force en importance, la collaboration interprofessionnelle a été identifiée comme le principal point faible. Ce constat a conduit les auteurs à définir un continuum de pratiques collaboratives permettant de préciser les différents niveaux de travail collaboratif.
Le Jeu sérieux sur la compétence numérique étudiante universitaire est une ressource éducative libre conçue pour soutenir les étudiants et étudiantes universitaires dans le développement de la compétence numérique telle que définie dans le Cadre de référence de la compétence numérique du Québec (ministère de l’Éducation et de l’Enseignement supérieur, 2019a). Le développement de ce jeu sérieux exprime l’engagement du réseau de l’Université du Québec au regard du Plan d’action numérique en éducation et en enseignement supérieur, 2018). Ce projet vise à soutenir les apprenantes et apprenants dans leur apprentissage au et par le numérique (Conseil supérieur de l’Éducation, 2020), en ayant recours à la stratégie pédagogique du jeu sérieux. Cet article présente les axes réfléchis et documentés relativement au développement de cette ressource éducative susceptible de susciter la motivation, de stimuler la curiosité et la créativité et d’offrir des contextes d’apprentissage innovants. Des constats et données émergeant des travaux réalisés à ce jour sont présentés selon une structure de travail multisectorielle et collaborative, entre des experts et expertes du réseau de l’Université du Québec. Ils s’ancrent également dans les résultats d’un processus de consultation étudiante pour mieux rejoindre les besoins des personnes visées par le jeu sérieux.
Cette étude porte sur l’évolution de la collaboration entre diverses organisations impliquées dans la mise en œuvre conjointe d’un programme fondé sur les données probantes de soutien à la parentalité : le programme Triple P - Pratiques Parentales Positives. Cette évolution est étudiée sur une période de deux ans dans deux territoires socio-sanitaires québécois. L’échantillon est composé de gestionnaires, d’intervenants et de spécialistes de l’encadrement clinique provenant de 22 organisations différentes. Les 112 participants ont répondu à la Mesure d’intégration des services lors de la phase de pré-implantation du programme à l’automne 2014 (T1) et deux ans plus tard (T2). Cet instrument quantifie les niveaux de collaboration actuelle et souhaitée entre les organisations et permet le calcul de plusieurs indicateurs de collaboration. Les résultats de l’étude indiquent que la collaboration actuelle s’est améliorée dans les deux territoires d’implantation entre le T1 et le T2, tandis que la réciprocité de la collaboration, ainsi que collaboration souhaitée sont demeurées stable. Ainsi, l’écart entre la collaboration actuelle et souhaitée s’est significativement amenuisé. Ces résultats offrent une rétroaction aux partenaires qui sont toujours actifs et impliqués dans le programme Triple P. Ils pourront aussi informer toute future implantation de programmes misant sur la collaboration interorganisationnelle.
