Resumo Estudo qualitativo, exploratório, do tipo estudo de caso, que objetivou compreender os reflexos de um programa de qualificação da Atenção Primária à Saúde no processo de trabalho e no cuidado ofertado. A coleta de dados ocorreu de julho de 2018 a abril de 2019, utilizando observação-participante e entrevista semiestruturada com trabalhadores de uma Unidade de Saúde da Família. Os resultados apontaram a organização do processo de trabalho, sobrecarga física e mental dos profissionais, ênfase em questões burocráticas em detrimento do cuidado e dificuldade do processo em contemplar as singularidades do território. Apesar disso, oportunizou a reflexão sobre a prática profissional. Processos verticalizados e descontextualizados dificultam a compreensão da realidade e, por isso, a importância de práticas de Educação Permanente em Saúde como espaços de diálogo e problematização sobre o vivido, de forma a adequar os processos da macropolítica à realidade local.
A Educação Permanente em Saúde (EPS) constitui-se em uma estratégia que busca transformar as práticas profissionais e a organização do processo de trabalho a partir das demandas do próprio trabalho. Estudo qualitativo, descritivo, exploratório, do tipo estudo de caso, que teve como objetivo analisar as estratégias desenvolvidas pela equipe de saúde para a gestão do trabalho durante um programa de qualificação da Atenção Primária à Saúde. A coleta de dados foi feita no período de julho de 2018 até abril de 2019, por meio de observação-participante e entrevistas semiestruturadas com trabalhadores de uma Unidade de Saúde da Família localizada em um município do Paraná. Os resultados apontaram diversas estratégias desenvolvidas pelos profissionais: reuniões gerais e de equipe, mutirões de estratificação de risco e atendimentos coletivos no formato de grupos. O protagonismo dos trabalhadores possibilitou que o programa servisse como um disparador de momentos de EPS. Conclui-se que o processo de qualificação impulsionou a equipe a desenvolver-se e trabalhar em cooperação. A EPS desenvolvida pelos próprios profissionais possibilitou minimizar a lógica da captura verticalizada do programa e dar qualidade ao processo organizativo.
