O microcrédito Produtivo Orientado é incentivo ao desenvolvimento de empreendedores mediante o financiamento em fomento às atividades produtivas. Esse subsidia consumo, desenvolvimento do negócio, bem estar, educação e tecnológica tendo na orientação empresarial fator essencial. A atenção para esse segmento, relevante e frágil, é crescente, entre outros fatores, em função de políticas públicas para alívio da vulnerabilidade dos microempreendimentos pelas ações de combate a COVID-19. Logo, o presente artigo como pesquisa básica, descritiva e qualitativa, tem como objetivo geral analisar o MPO como política pública, especificamente avaliar o programa como estratégia para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Por fim, o resultado demonstrou que o MPO é uma política pública que colabora para o DS.
A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo identificar os desafios enfrentados pelas mulheres ao assumirem cargos de liderança nas organizações a partir de uma revisão da literatura nas bases de dados SciELO e Google Acadêmico (2016-2021). É necessário considerar as dificuldades enfrentadas por mulheres, tendo também como base os aspectos históricos e sociais, principalmente, depois que assumem esse tipo de cargo nas empresas. No tocante a metodologia, a pesquisa é de natureza básica com objetivo exploratório e abordagem qualitativa, tendo procedimentos bibliográficos seguindo uma modalidade de revisão sistemática da literatura em perspectiva narrativa. O estudo considera que os desafios, os preconceitos e as habilidades presentes na vida das mulheres que assumem cargos de liderança proporcionam debates e uma percepção crítica que auxilia nas mudanças recorrentes no mundo dos negócios em relação à inserção e permanência da figura feminina em posições na alta administração.
