O artigo analisa a ocupação Joana D’Arc, onde atua o Movimento dos Trabalhadores Desempregados (MTD) em Campinas/SP, entre 2013 e 2018. Foram realizadas observações e entrevistas, sob a ótica da Teoria do Processo Político (TPP), que fornece ferramentas conceituais para se pensar a mobilização política. De acordo com esta perspectiva, a coordenação entre os ativistas é crucial para produzir um ator coletivo – afinal, os agentes coletivos se formam em interação solidária durante o próprio processo. Assim, temos como hipótese que o MTD ganhou força enquanto ator coletivo a partir dos diversos confrontos com os órgãos públicos. A pesquisa de campo analisou as relações dos atores mais de perto, colaborando para a conclusão de que o MTD estabelece diversas tensões com o Estado. O movimento traz uma nova perspectiva sobre a questão habitacional e do direito à moradia digna em Campinas.

Na graduação foi um grande prazer fazer parte das disciplinas de Partidos Políticos e Metodologia em Ciência Política. Ambas foram fundamentais para a construção do meu projeto de pesquisa e também para a continuidade dos estudos nesta disciplina. Obrigada pela orientação, dedicação e paciência ao longo desses anos. Devo também agradecer aos professores e professoras do programa de pósgraduação em Ciência Política. As disciplinas foram momentos importantes de questionamento, aprendizado e discussão do fazer pesquisa e ciência.
