Games can be a valuble tool for the teaching and learningprocess.This project aimed to develop board games based oncomputational thinking for girls between 8 and 11 years-old. Theunplugged approach was adopted in order to include students thatdo not have access to computers os the internet. Board games arealso easily replicable by teachers all over Brazil who desire toteach the pillars of computational thinking in their classrooms,meeting the 5th general competency pointed at Based NacionalComum Curricular (BNCC). A game was developed using onlinedesign tool Canva'for Education version. They were tested byvolunteers and, after adjustments, they were made availableonline through the project's website.
Este artigo apresenta o desenvolvimento de dois jogos de tabuleiro: um baseado em computação em papel quadriculado e outro no Guia do Pensamento Computacional para Família. A proposta apresentada inclui a temática dos jogos o protagonismo feminino e a diversidade. Os jogos foram avaliados como de boa jogabilidade, mas os voluntários apontaram a necessidade de melhorias em aspectos como o nível de dificuldade e repetitividade. Pretende-se dar continuidade ao projeto para que se possa melhorar esses aspectos e avaliar outros, como o impacto dos jogos no desenvolvimento do pensamento computacional.
