Identificar o efeito da simulação realística remota enquanto metodologia de ensino para cursos de graduação em enfermagem. Revisão integrativa da literatura, tendo cinco bases de dados como ferramentas de busca para levantamento de informações do estudo. As mesmas disponíveis no período de 2015 a 2020 com combinação dos descritores em saúde na língua inglesa e portuguesa. Foram identificados 5.046 artigos no qual após atender aos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, leitura na íntegra, leitura de títulos e resumos, obtiveram-se um total de 15 artigos para composição do quantitativo final dispostos e analisados em quadros caracterizados por códigos para diferenciação das bases de dados filtradas. Os materiais corroboraram no sustento da aquisição dos referenciais teóricos em relação à virtualização do ensino alcançou que mostrou-se vantajosa o que torna esta metodologia, fortemente precisa para o preparo da formação educacional da prática inovadora dos cursos em saúde.
O presente estudo objetivou estimar a tendência temporal da mortalidade por neoplasias malignas dos órgãos da genitália feminina no Brasil e suas regiões no período de 1980 a 2019. Trata-se de um estudo ecológico de série temporal utilizando banco de dados públicos. Os dados foram levantados do Sistema de Informação sobre Mortalidade (SIM/DATASUS). As informações foram dispostas por meio da estatística descritiva: média, desvio padrão, mínimo e máximo. A taxa padronizada de mortalidade (TPM) foi calculada pelo método direto e utilizada para a estimativa de tendência, realizada por meio da regressão linear com correção da autocorrelação de Prais-Winsten. O Brasil apresentou ao longo dos 40 anos 376.085 mortes por neoplasias malignas das genitálias femininas. Dentre as regiões do país, o Sudeste apresentou 46,8% (n=175.823) dos óbitos totais, seguido do Nordeste com 22,8% (n=85.590). A tendência temporal no Norte e Nordeste foi de crescimento com Variação Percentual Anual - VPA=0,29 e 0,90% (p<0,01), respectivamente. As regiões Sul, Sudeste, Centro-oeste e o Brasil apresentaram tendência de diminuição com VPA=-1,02, -1,50, -1,01 e -0,57% (p<0,001), respectivamente. O presente estudo evidenciou um alto índice de mortalidade por cânceres dos órgãos da genitália feminina. A região Sudeste predominou com maior quantitativo de óbitos, seguido do Nordeste. A tendência no Brasil e nas regiões Sudeste, Sul e Centro-oeste foram de diminuição, enquanto no Norte e Nordeste foi de aumento.
Objetivos: Analisar o perfil dos casos de violência contra mulher no Nordeste do Brasil, entre 2009 e 2018. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo ecológico de série temporal, de caráter descritivo e abordagem quantitativa, realizado a partir de dados do Departamento de informática do Sistema Único de Saúde, referentes à região Nordeste do Brasil entre os anos de 2009 e 2018. Foram avaliadas vítimas com idade entre 15 e 59 anos, excluindo menores de 15 anos por se tratar de violência infantil e maiores de 59 anos por ser violência contra idoso. Resultados: Constatou-se mais de 154 mil casos de violência contra mulher no Nordeste de 2009 a 2018. Pernambuco e Alagoas apresentaram 168,16 e 143,75 casos para cada 100 mil mulheres. Entre as características da violência destacou-se a residência como local de ocorrência predominante com 53%, raça/cor parda com 52,8%, violência do tipo física com 86,2%, força corporal com 56,4% e autor da agressão o cônjuge com 36%. Conclusão: A análise dos dados possibilitou constatar o aumento das notificações de violência contra mulher no Nordeste. Com isso, há a necessidade de ponderar as medidas de educação e segurança, com o intuito de torná-las mais efetivas.
