ResumoEste estudo foi realizado em uma Comunidade Terapêutica para tratamento de mulheres dependentes de substâncias psicoativas, localizada no Vale do Itajaí, em Santa Catarina. Teve o objetivo de proporcionar, a mulheres residentes nesta comunidade, um espaço para que fossem ouvidos seus anseios e pudessem dizer o que pensam acerca de temas que consideravam essenciais em suas vidas como família, religiosidade, educação, trabalho e lazer. Constituiu-se em uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho exploratório, tendo como instrumentos uma entrevista semiestruturada inicial, seguida de uma intervenção baseada em um grupo focal, que consistiu na exibição e discussão de sete filmes cinematográficos, e uma entrevista semiestruturada final. A pesquisa iniciou com cinco mulheres, sendo que três abandonaram o tratamento durante o estudo. Para a análise dos dados foi utilizada a análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam que estes temas têm impacto no progresso e no êxito do tratamento. Também demonstram que filmes cinematográficos conseguem ampliar as percepções das participantes, bem como alterar as perspectivas destas sobre os temas discutidos. Ficou evidenciado ainda que a Psicologia se constitui como ciência capaz de conduzir este processo, bem como de interpretar e divulgar seus resultados.Palavras-chave: Filmes cinematográficos; psicologia; tratamento; substâncias psicoativas; comunidade terapêutica. Giving Voice to Women in Treatment for Psychoactive Substance DependenceAbstract This study was done in a therapeutic community for dependent women of psychoactive substances located at Vale do Itajaí, Santa Catarina. The objective was to provide to them a space to be heard their longings and they could say what think about essential aspects of their lives, such as family, religiosity, education, work and leisure. The method utilized was an initial semi-structured interview, an intervention based on a focal group, which was constituted by the exhibition and discussion of seven cinematographic films; and a final semistructured interview. The research began with five women, but three of whom dropped out of treatment during the study. For the data analysis content analysis was used. Results show that those themes have direct and important impact on the progress and success of the treatment. They also demonstrate that cinematographic films are capable of enlarging the participant's perceptions, as well as modifying their perspectives regarding the themes discussed. Psychology is constituted as a science capable of leading this process, as well as interpreting and spreading its results.
ResumoO objetivo deste estudo foi investigar os efeitos de uma intervenção psicológica, estruturada na projeção de filmes cinematográficos e na reflexão sobre o que deles emergia, exibidos e discutidos entre mulheres em tratamento para dependência de substâncias psicoativas, residentes em uma comunidade terapêutica localizada no Vale do Itajaí, estado de Santa Catarina. O método de intervenção foi baseado em um grupo focal e se constituiu na exibição e discussão de filmes cinematográficos norteados por temas preestabelecidos. Para a avaliação dos dados foi utilizada análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontam que esta estratégia motivou as participantes a continuar o tratamento, bem como possibilitou o resgate de acontecimentos passados e a resignificação destes no presente. Demonstraram, também, que a estratégia vai além dela e reverbera no dia a dia da CT.
O presente trabalho é um relato de experiência de um estágio em psicologia, desenvolvido em um batalhão do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar. Tal estágio ocorreu no período de um ano entre o segundo semestre de 2014 e primeiro semestre de 2015, tendo como principais objetivos o acompanhamento aos profissionais nos atendimentos de urgência e emergência através da ambulância; orientação aos profissionais quanto a aspectos da atuação do psicólogo e fenômenos psicológicos; escuta qualificada aos profissionais; atendimento psicológico a vítimas e familiares. Neste período observamos o quão ampla pode ser a atuação da psicologia no campo das urgências, visto que sua contribuição abarca desde a sensibilização no atendimento às vítimas, quanto na orientação e intervenções diretas com os profissionais. Ao final do estágio percebemos a melhor compreensão dos profissionais quanto a atuação da psicologia, bem como, o aumento na humanização no atendimento às vítimas, trazendo benefícios tanto aos profissionais/instituição, vítimas, quanto às estagiárias.Palavras-chave: Corpo de Bombeiros. Psicologia nas Urgências. Humanização. ABSTRACT: The present article is an experience report of an internship in Psychology, developed in a Military Fire Department Battalion. This internship lasted for a year, between the second semester of 2014 and the first semester of 2015, having as main goals to accompany the professionals in the urgency and emergency care through the ambulance; orientation to the professionals about aspects of the Psychologist intervention and Psychological phenomena; qualified listening of the professionals; Psychological care to victims and their families. During this period, we observed how broad Psychological intervention can be in the field of urgencies, since its contribution embraces from sensibilization in the care for victims, to orientation and direct interventions with the professionals. At the end of the internship, we noticed a better comprehension of the professionals concerning the Psychology intervention, as well, the increase in the humanization in the victims’ care, bringing benefits both for the professionals/institution, victims, and for the interns.Keywords: Fire Department.
