Para evaluar el efecto de una mezcla probiótica (Lactobacillus salivarius y Bacillus subtillis) en el comportamiento productivo y rendimiento en canal, se utilizaron pollos hembras y machos. Se aplicó un diseño completamente aleatorizado con cuatro tratamientos (T1: testigo; T2: 0,5 ml de Bacillus subtillis y 0,5 mL de Lactobacillus salivarius de biopreparado por cada litro de agua; T3: 0,5 ml de Bacillus subtillis y 1 mL de Lactobacillus salivarius de biopreparado por cada litro de agua; T4: 0,5 ml de Bacillus subtillis y 1,5 mL de Lactobacillus salivarius de biopreparado por cada litro de agua) y con cuatro repeticiones por tratamiento. Se evaluó el comportamiento productivo en los indicadores de eficiencia, peso vivo, consumo de alimento, conversión alimenticia, peso de la canal, peso de la grasa abdominal, y rendimiento de la canal. Los resultados demostraron que la mezclas de los prebióticos influyeron positivamente en los indicadores productivos en pollos ceba, resultando como mejor tratamiento el T4.

Se analizó el comportamiento microbiológico en coliformes, Lactobacillus, endosporas de Bacillus,y Bacillus. Los resultados demostraron que la mezclas de los prebióticos influyeron positivamente en los indicadores microbiológicos en pollos de ceba, resultando como mejor tratamiento el T4.
