written in English, Spanish, Portugues or French, those focused directly or indirectly in the prediction, description of variables related to learning and educating the family care taker of Alzheimer patients.All bibliography references in connection with the so called topic were taken into consideration.According to the literature revised it was found most of the care takers did not receive a previous education or followed a proper learning course on how to deal with an Alzheimer patient. They learn by themselves in the day-to-day practice, as self-taught, simply performing, doing wrong or doing right. In that learning process care takers receive some sort of help and advice from the own experience of those other family members who have been through a similar situation.It would be necessary to further deepen in qualitative searching methodology within the care taker experiences and in their day-to-day context, close to their difficulties and achievements. The advisable investigation in this area could also be of paramount importance to design new services which will contribute to complement the existing ones, and would be indeed an appropriate way to develop the take carers learning.Key Words: Family care takers, Alzheimer, Learning. APRENDIZAGEM DE CUIDADOS FAMILA-RES A PACIENTES COM ALZHEIMER: REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA RESUMO Opropósito deste estudo é analisar a bibliografia publicada nos últimos dez anos em relação ao tema da aprendizagem dos cuidados familiares de pessoas enfermas de Alzheimer.Para tanto, levou-se em conta uma revisão sistemática exaustiva da literatura publicada nos TEORÍA Y MÉTODO EL APRENDIZAJE DE CUIDADOS FAMILIARES
Objective: To know the nurses' perception of the factors that influence the safe administration of medications in the work context of the General University Hospital of Elda (Alicante), Spain. Method: This is a qualitative phenomenological study through interviews FENOMENOLOGÍA 11 Cultura de los Cuidados. 2º Cuatrimestre 2022. Año XXVI. nº 63 semi-structured in which 15 nurses chosen by deliberate sampling participated. Results: The participants expressed concern about the performance of the medication administration procedures, which made it possible to perceive safety as the greatest concern in the study unit. A main category called "knowing" was established, which encompasses all the reflections about the nurse's performance during the medication administration process. The following subcategories are developed from this main category: work overload, insufficient training, distractions, and communication and information failures. Conclusion: Knowing the nurses' perception of the factors that influence the safe administration of medications could facilitate the use of instruments to standardize and reduce variability in the safe administration of medications. As well as improving conditions in work environments and not favoring social, personal and professional stigmatization due to care error.
Education of emotional intelligence and promotion the evolutive and socioemotional development of medical students is necessary in the educational ambit. Universities are evaluated for their quality in terms of knowledge and technical training, paying less attention to the acquisition of values, behavior, personal and professional attitudes. Objective: Know the emotional profile of the students in clinical practice and their relationship with learning (efficiency). Methodology: Graphic exploratory study, transversal, with activities to find emotional responses of nursing students in the clinical learning. Evaluate knowledge through the Spanish modified trait meta-mood scale – 24 (TMMS-24), with self reports, external observation and tutorials. The sample (N=100) is formed by all nursing students allocated in Elda’s Hospital (Alicante-Spain). The study was conducted in 2005/2006 and 2006/2007. Results: The tally suggests solutions to correct attention, clarity, and emotional reparation. The percentage of improvement is found for men and women in the areas of Attention and Emotional clarity by 30%, being the necessity of improvement the reparation in women of the 32.14% and 37.5% in men. The difference is in how the students are perceived in the team’s relationships and how they are observed by professionals. In the tutorial sessions they express different feelings related with professionals or patients, fear, emotions, insecurity, sadness, impotence, anger, and marginalization. Conclusions: Students with needs in control and emotional handling perceived negatively their environment during clinical practices and support received.
G etting to know the CULTURE OF CARE JOURNAL means being acquainted with part of the Nursing History. After 10 years of life, it is a well consolidated reality due basically-from the very beginning-to the effort, determination and hope of a small group of nursing students highly stimulated in their motivation by Professor and Editor, José Siles. The aim of the present study is to share with the readers the path followed by the CULTURE OF CARE JOURNAL up to its present identity. To maintain a chronological order a panoramic view in our 'Family Album' is held according to the events that contributed to give the JOURNAL its personal character, reputation and prestige.
