O objetivo da pesquisa foi realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura acadêmica brasileira sobre fatores que influenciam o consumidor a praticar o consumo colaborativo. Os resultados mostram que a principal motivação para a prática do consumo colaborativo é o fator ambiental, que contribui para o consumo consciente e evita o desperdício de recursos. Já em relação aos riscos, podemos evidenciar que a falta de confiança em relação ao compartilhamento com desconhecidos e o risco de perda de recursos monetários foram os mais mencionados pelos autores. Por fim, identificamos que o principal benefício associado pelos consumidores ao consumo colaborativo é o econômico, que engloba: ajuda financeira, economia de dinheiro e diminuição de custos. Concluímos que os motivos, benefícios e riscos identificados nesta revisão sistemática da literatura acadêmica brasileira correspondem àqueles apontados na literatura sobre consumo colaborativo.
