O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as condições de estudo no âmbito do Ensino Remoto Emergencial no Campus Universitário Marajó-Breves, da Universidade Federal do Pará. Trata-se de pesquisa com abordagem quali-quantitativa que envolveu análise documental e aplicação de questionário on-line. Evidencia-se como a adoção do ensino remoto, no contexto da pandemia de Covid-19, impulsionada por ações do governo federal, atende aos interesses hegemônicos do capital, com consequências negativas para a educação pública. No caso da Universidade Federal do Pará, particularmente no Campus Universitário Marajó-Breves, o processo de implementação do ensino remoto não foi acompanhado da garantia das condições necessárias para a participação de toda comunidade estudantil. Grande parcela dos estudantes não possuía sequer equipamentos e acesso à internet adequados, utilizando-se predominantemente de aparelho celular e conexão de dados móveis para participar das atividades letivas remotas. Em suma, o ensino remoto, para além de favorecer interesses privado-mercantis, implica na precarização da educação pública e na ampliação da exclusão educacional.
A política de formação de professores/as no Brasil, instituída no âmbito social da lógica do modo de produção capitalista, vêm construindo alternativas de padronização, bem como, do controle do conjunto da classe trabalhadora em um processo de mutação da sua atividade. Nesse contexto de formação para o trabalho, este estudo analisa a política de formação de professores/as no Brasil, com foco no Programa Residência Pedagógica (PRP) na Amazônia. Problematiza-se a disputa de um projeto curricular dos cursos de formação de professores/as, quando do alinhamento à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC), ao Projeto Pedagógico de Curso e o PRP. Os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos se fundamentam no materialismo histórico dialético, fazendo uso da análise documental, com destaque para as regulamentações da Capes e, dos projetos institucionais do Programa (versão 2020), das sete maiores IES federais do Norte. O tratamento dos dados se deu por meio da análise de conteúdo. Os resultados indicam que a Região Norte, ainda se mantem historicamente, como a que menos recebe financiamento das políticas desenvolvidas no Brasil, pois recebeu um menor número de bolsas. Quanto aos Projetos do PRP, se apresentam alinhados às estratégias de controle do trabalho, com vinculação à Pedagogia das Competências, validando a lógica dicotômica entre trabalho manual e intelectual na Educação Superior. No entanto, em que pese as contradições de opções teórico-metodológicas, impostas pelos critérios do Edital, registra-se que as Universidades da Região, forjaram em sua maioria, luta em defesa de investimentos para os estudantes e oportunidades de projetos formativos, por meio do PRP.
