realiza desde o ano de 2010 os chamados CTA Volantes, que envolvem ações de prevenção e diagnóstico de Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (ISTs), incluindo os testes rápidos (TR) para HIV, sífilis e hepatite C, triagem e encaminhamento para vacina de Hepatite B além da oferta de insumos de prevenção como: preservativos masculinos, femininos e gel; folders explicativos de ISTs e Profilaxia Pós Exposição para população atendida no dia do evento. Este trabalho tem por objetivos: caracterizar o perfil dos participantes dos CTA/ Volantes no ano de 2018, divulgar o serviço realizado pelo CTA/ CECOM, incentivar ações extra-muros como estratégias de prevenção e melhora do acesso aos testes rápidos. Metodologia: Os CTA Volantes ocorrem uma vez por mês nas Faculdades do CAMPUS, previamente escolhida pela equipe multidisciplinar. Os participantes preenchem uma ficha com os dados pessoais, questões sobre a prática sexual, média do número de parceiros e uso de drogas. Os resultados dos testes são entregues individualmente. Com base nos dados coletados, e os resultados dos testes, o presente estudo analisou as fichas dos CTA Volantes do ano de 2018. Resultados: Foram avaliados 1.220 participantes, média de idade de 24 anos. 75% eram alunos; 55,7% eram mulheres; 62.3%-uso ocasional de álcool, 21,9%-uso ocasional de maconha; 60,8%-relação sexual sem preservativo; 02 participantes (0,14% dos positivos) apresentaram TR positivo para HIV-todos masculinos; 10 participantes (0,71% dos positivos) apresentaram TR positivo para sífilis-06 homens; 02 participantes (0,14% dos positivos) apresentaram TR positivo para Hepatite C-01 homem. Os números expressam uma significativa incidência de positividade dos testes em adultos jovens (média de idade dos positivos), maior vulnerabilidade devido ao uso abusivo de drogas e não uso de camisinha. E há maior prevalência do número de sífilis, o que está de acordo com a tendência epidêmica nacional, sendo considerado um grave problema de saúde pública. Considerações finais: Os dados encontrados confirmaram que a estratégia de busca ativa dos usuários da comunidade é uma ação que deve ser incentivada e ampliada, porque divulga o serviço existente na rotina do CECOM e faz com que o profissional de saúde fique mais próximo do usuário. O diagnóstico das doenças testadas possibilita uma melhora no prognóstico, na qualidade da assistência voltada ao público da Universidade, e diminuição na transmissão devido ao tratamento precoce.
REIT-REITORIA;PRDU-PRO-REITORIA DE DESENVOLVIMENTO UNIVERSITARIO;CSS-COORDENADORIA DE SERVICOS SOCIAIS; Introdução: O aumento na incidência de sífilis é um grande problema de saúde pública, sendo decisivo o seu diagnóstico. Para isso, o Centro de Testagem e Aconselhamento (CTA) utiliza teste rápido (TR) com praticidade e rapidez no resultado. Em casos de TR positivo, solicita-se um teste confirmatório (VDRL)-que identifica infecção ativa ou não, através da detecção titulada de anticorpos em diluições seriadas de soro: quanto mais diluído o reagente, maior é a concentração de anticorpos. Em infecções muito ativas (1% a 2% dos casos) pode ocorrer o fenômeno prozona, quando há desproporção entre a quantidade excessiva de antígenos no soro e de reagentes no teste, resultando em teste falso negativo. Este trabalho objetiva divulgar o fenômeno de prozona. Metodologia: Trata-se do relato de caso de um paciente atendido no CTA do CECOM (Centro de Saúde da Comunidade da Unicamp) em três consultas no mês de Julho de 2019 com provável fenômeno prozona, verificado após a realização de dois testes rápidos negativos e dois exame de VDRL-o primeiro negativo e o segundo positivo cinco dias depois. Resultados: No primeiro atendimento ambulatorial do CTA-CECOM o paciente relatou exposição à sífilis, e um Teste rápido resultou negativo. Seguindo protocolo de atendimento, forneceu-se encaminhamento para que houvesse retorno em um mês (fim da janela imunológica). No entanto, o paciente retornou ao CTA antes desse período referindo lesões genitais, e um segundo TR realizado também foi negativo. Apesar de não haver indicação protocolar em razão de TR negativo, foi solicitado VDRL confirmatório pela indicação clínica (história e lesões); mas o resultado foi, também, negativo. Após um mês do primeiro atendimento ao paciente, o resultado do TR foi positivo com VDRL positivo (titulação 1/128). Considerações finais: Apesar dos protocolos, a avaliação clínica de risco não deve ser desconsiderada. Os profissionais devem estar atentos para possíveis eventos que possam modificar a trajetória do atendimento protocolar-neste caso, um possível fenômeno prozona. Faz-se necessário, portanto, conhecer e considerar sua ocorrência em casos de história de alto risco com testes negativos.
